1984

The Fossil Group has been founded in 1984 in the USA by Tom Kartsotis along with his broth

1991

The first A|X store opened in September 1991 in the SoHo District of Manhattan and is considered the flagship store.

The label was created in 1991 and is focused mainly on the young audience.

2005

To accelerate development of the nascent line, Giorgio Armani co-established the joint venture company Presidio Holdings Ltd in 2005 alongside Como Holdings, the company owned by the Singaporean tycoon Ong Beng

2008

Giorgio Armani had nothing to do with the brand itself other than the owners using the name "Armani". In 2008, Giorgio Armani acquired an additional 25% stake.

2012

What is EA7? Well, EA7 is a sports line that developed from Emporio Amani and Reebok back in 2012.

2014

In 2014, he acquired the remaining 50% ensuring full ownership of the brand.

2017

As previously mentioned, Emporio Armani took on parts of the Armani Jeans label back in 2017.
