Job Responsibilities
Valuation Support
Assist in preparing business and intangible asset valuations for financial reporting, tax, transaction advisory, and strategic planning purposes.
Perform financial statement analysis, ratio analysis, and assessment of company performance and risk characteristics.
Support the development of valuation models (DCF, market approach, income approach, option-pricing models, probability-weighted expected return models, Monte Carlo simulations, and other analyses).
Conduct industry, economic, and market research to support key valuation assumptions.
Help prepare draft valuation reports, exhibits, and supporting documentation.
Forensic & Litigation Support
Assist with forensic accounting procedures, including data reconciliation, trend analysis, and tracing of financial transactions.
Support litigation engagements by analyzing financial and economic damages, lost profits, and valuation-related claims.
Help compile and organize evidence, transaction data, and workpapers for expert reports and client deliverables.
Participate in investigations by reviewing contracts, invoices, emails, and other communications when applicable.
Client Engagement & Project Execution
Collaborate closely with team members to deliver high-quality work in a deadline-driven environment.
Help maintain organized engagement files, documentation, and audit-ready workpapers.
Contribute to client presentations through charts, summaries, and analysis of findings.
