About This RoleAs part of Intersect's Procurement team, you'll drive complex EPC and equipment contracting that enables large-scale wind, solar PV, BESS, gas, and data center projects to move from concept to construction. You'll lead commercial strategy, supplier engagement, and contract execution across multiple technologies while partnering closely with Development, Engineering, Construction, Project Finance, and Legal. You'll help deliver high-quality contracts that support schedule certainty, cost competitiveness, and strong supplier performance. The team maintains deep partnerships with suppliers and execution partners, enabling consistent delivery, strong commercial outcomes, and long-term industry collaboration. What You'll Do Drive High-Impact EPC Contracting • Structure, negotiate, and execute EPC contracts for wind, solar PV, BESS, gas, and data center projects to support cost, schedule, and performance objectives • Manage the full lifecycle of EPC RFPs, from scope development to commercial evaluation and contract award • Lead contract amendments and post-contract activities, including claims, warranty considerations, and contractor performance tracking Strengthen Supplier Relationships• Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, major equipment suppliers, and critical vendors• Monitor market dynamics, supplier capabilities, and commercial trends to inform sourcing strategies Enable Cross-Functional Alignment• Coordinate closely with Development, Engineering, Construction, Project Finance, and Legal to ensure all commercial, technical, and financial requirements are integrated into executed contracts• Provide clear, concise communication that helps internal teams make fast, well-informed decisions Support Equipment Supply Agreements• Contribute to negotiating and managing equipment supply agreements as a secondary focus, ensuring commercial alignment with EPC scopes What You'll Bring• 5+ years of experience in EPC procurement for utility-scale energy projects; wind experience is highly valuable• Strong relationship-building skills that support effective engagement with contractors and suppliers• Ability to synthesize complex commercial and technical information into clear, actionable recommendations• Strong quantitative and analytical skills that support commercial evaluation and negotiation strategy• Engineering background preferred• High proficiency with G-Suite, Excel, Slack, and modern collaboration tools• A collaborative, solutions-oriented work style that helps you succeed in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment• A professional approach grounded in clarity, accountability, and sound judgment Total RewardsAt Intersect, we care about your well-being, growth, and balance.
