* Supervise and direct a full range of Paint Shop operations utilizing traditional trade practices as well as current painting technology.
* Plan, estimate, schedule and supervise the coating and finishing of furniture, mill work, cabinetry, displays, walls, ceiling, doors, elevators, new construction, and renovation and remodeling projects.
* Utilize and maintain a variety of standard hand and power tools.
* Review work schedules; determine manpower and material requirements; plan work assignments.

Physical Efforts and Working Conditions:
Incumbent is exposed to serious injury when working on energized circuits, adjacent to operating equipment, or from various heights. May be exposed to burns, cuts, bruises, smoke and fumes, flying particles when grinding or cutting, and may suffer discomfort when wearing hoods, goggles, and other personal protective equipment (PPE). Subject to, electric shock and falls from ladders; injury from lifting and handling heavy materials and equipment; discomfort from noise, fumes, and vibrations of equipment.
The incumbent is required to operate gasoline and diesel-powered vehicles with a gross vehicle weight up to 25,000 pounds. The incumbent will operate the following: passenger cars, pickup trucks, vans, stake body trucks, utility trucks, bucket trucks, box trucks, ATV's, personnel lifts (scissor, single man, articulating, forklifts), and trucks with trailers attached.
When working along the roadway conditions exist where there is a very high volume of traffic and traffic speeds exceed 55 MPH. This poses immediate danger and requires the employee to be constantly alert. May be required to work Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and other shifts on an overtime basis with little or no prior notice. Incumbent must be able to act in the capacity of a first responder to natural disasters. This will include active participation in training and exercises designed to determine the readiness of responding forces or the effectiveness of protective measures and programs.
The incumbent is designated as an "Emergency Essential" employee and is required to report to work during hazardous weather conditions, emergencies, and when other government agencies are excused from reporting to work. The incumbent is responsible for making immediate decisions during Electrical emergencies. This work may be done in collaboration with contractors or staff from other disciplines. Incumbent will sustain effort during emergencies until they are controlled and contained and will then notify their supervisor and relay instructions to qualified electricians on the next shift.

To qualify, you must meet one of the following:
Option 1: Education
You have a bachelor's degree or higher in auditing or a related field such as business administration, finance, public administration, or accounting.
Option 2: Education and Experience
You have at least four years of experience in performance auditing, or a mix of college-level education, training, and experience that gave you professional auditing knowledge. Your background must also include one of the following:
* A Certified Internal Auditor or Certified Public Accountant certificate earned through a written exam, or
* A degree that included at least 15 semester hours in auditing or accounting.
Specialized Experience:
To qualify at the GS-11 grade level, you need one year of full-time experience at a level similar to the GS-09. Your experience should include:
* Assisting with the coordination of logistics and documentation for external audits to support timely fulfillment of auditor requests and contribute to effective audit execution under guidance from senior staff.
* Reviewing and organizing agency documentation and audit findings to support the development of audit response materials and gain familiarity with audit processes and standards.

The major duties of the position are:
* Oversees the investment management programs and functions of the Agency. Develops and implements investment policy, procedures, LifeCycle fund asset allocation strategy, and oversight of investment management services. As the principal liaison with the outside investment managers of TSP funds, ensures that funds are invested in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and the policies established by the Board.
* Serves as the principal Agency expert responsible for all matters related the management, design, and operation of the investment programs of the TSP.

* Oversees the development of models to measure performance of TSP investment funds, and the asset managers, and continuously monitors fund performance, reports the results, and uses the information collected to make recommendations on how to improve TSP investment funds.
