Terrible management, low pay, poor working conditions, worst employer I’ve ever worked for.

There were none. They don’t keep their word. They have mold growing in the buildings. Leadership is terrible, self entitled, and corrupt.

Nothing, he’s the worst. Only cares about being out on his boat.

You’d have to close this place done and open under new leadership.

Talked to former employees. Should have listened. Was told this was a terrible place to work.

This place is depressing and overrated. Not somewhere I would advise my worst enemy to work.

Great place to work if you are not looking to advance in your career. Don’t care about staying busy and just looking to get paid to warm a chair.

Everything. Terrible management, terrible pay, no promotability, lack of experience among the senior staff, lack of vision for the company, senior staff have no motivation for growth, terrible micro-management practices.

The entire leadership team is terrible at being leaders and business professionals.

Start by getting rid of the senior staff. When Carl was placed as president the company culture and moral went down the drain.

Research the company. Talked to previous and current employees that I could find. Was repeatedly told that the family was nice but that the company was terrible. It’s true it is terrible.

Below local average. They consistently spoke about how they knew they were below the local average pay.

It’s ok. Can’t say it’s great. The people that do well are the ones that come in and do as little as possible from day one.

My terminal manager is awesome to work with dispatch as well the majority of the office Personnel in Palm City are great but of course there's always that one or two

Lowest paid trucking company in the industry for local drivers raises run heard of ain't going to happen post generic military issue Bare Bones trucks that could be purchased very slow

There are none worth mentioning Insurance 401K match it's all very basic very generic

First off I would bring driver pay from 1995 up to 2024 standards I literally made more money in 1990 than I do here today I would up the benefits to include sick days which they do not have more personal days which you only get one and more vacation days you only get fast I would stop buying the most generic truck on the market
