Position Summary:
We are looking for professional servers who have a desire to be a part of an extended community. Qualified individuals will courteously and professionally serve residents in the dining room and assure that all pre-meal and post-meal duties are completed to our level of excellence within the facility.

Duties:
Prepares dining room for all meal services.
Assists in serving meals as necessary and on a timely basis.
Prepares various food items in conjunction with the cook.
Assists in checking diet trays before distribution.
Assists in food preparation for special meals for parties etc.
Serves residents and staff in a courteous, orderly manner.
Maintains confidentiality of all resident care information.
Clears away all dirty dishes from dining areas and resets properly.
Provide kind and compassionate care to our residents.
Qualifications:
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
Must possess the ability to make independent decisions, to follow instructions, and be open to feedback.
Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public.
Must have the physical stamina to perform assigned duties.
The salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. The final salary offered will be determined based on a comprehensive evaluation of factors, which may include, but are not limited to, the candidate's experience, education, training, skills, qualifications, market and business considerations, and geographic location.

The Registered Nurse (R.N.) Unit Manager assists the Director of Nursing (DON) in the planning, direction and evaluation of total nursing care and functions of the Alzheimer's unit, in accordance with current Federal and State standards, guidelines and regulations and as may be required by the DON. The Unit Manager, R.N. serves as a member of Notre Dame Health Care's Long-Term Care and Skilled Rehabilitation Management team and has a 24-hour responsibility to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times in the Alzheimer's Unit, including oversite of personnel relations, visitor services and experience, and assistance to other departments and other duties as assigned.

Requirements
1.
