What You'll Do:
Deliver kind, compassionate, and respectful care to all residents
Assess, chart, and report changes in residents' conditions, including responses to medications and treatments
Perform basic nursing care and treatments, including taking vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, etc.)
Communicate effectively with physicians, care teams, residents, and families regarding resident status and care needs
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Follow all state, federal, and facility policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
What You'll Need:
Active, unencumbered Massachusetts RN licensure
CPR certification
Demonstrate physical ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, squat, and lift/carry up to 20 pounds unassisted or 50 pounds with assistance.

Pastoral Care Coordinator Job Summary:
Responsible for initial and ongoing assessment of each resident to determine his/her spiritual needs.
Provide pastoral visits to residents and spiritual support to families and staff.
Offer extra support to residents in the dying process and arranges hospitality carts for their families as needed.
Arrange for Mass as often as possible and resident anointing on a bi-annual basis if possible.
Develop spiritual programming for Roman Catholic residents such as communion services, communal rosary, Bible study.
Arrange for visits by clergy of other faiths as requested by non- Catholic residents.
Participate as Member of Ethics and QAPI Committees.
Attend Care Plan meetings and morning report.
