Victor D. Grizzle is the chief executive officer and a member of the board of directors of Armstrong World Industries (AWI). He joined the company in 2011. Under Vic’s leadership, AWI shareholder returns have increased over 50%. Prior to AWI, Vic was Group President of Global Structures, Coatings and Tubing for Valmont Industries; President of the commercial power division of EaglePicher Corporation; and he spent 16 years at GE in expatriate assignments in Europe and Asia.Vic serves on the boards of directors for Franklin Electric, a global leader in the production and marketing of systems and components for water and automotive fuels, and for WAVE, the Worthington-Armstrong Joint Venture that manufactures suspended ceiling grid systems.Vic is a global citizen, traveler and outdoor enthusiast. He enjoys fly fishing, golf, hiking, kayaking and biking. He loves family and enjoys adventures with his three children ... skiing out West, cave diving in Belize, bungee jumping, para-gliding ... all of which must end with a barbecue and a good glass of wine.

Mark Hershey is a SVP, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, Secretary & Business Development at ARMSTRONG WORLD INDUSTRIES INC and Sr VP/Secy/General Counsel at Ricoh and is based in Malvern, Pennsylvania. He has worked as SVP, General Counsel, Secretary & Chief Compliance Officer at IKON Office Solutions and Senior VP/Secy/General Counsel at ARMSTRONG WORLD INDUSTRIES INC. Mark works or has worked as Senior VP/Secy/General Counsel at RICOH AMERICAS CORPORATION. He attended Villanova University between 1991 and 1994, Fairport Central School District between 1984 and 1987, and Penn State University between 1987 and 1991.
