Duties During the course of their careers, Secret Service Police carry out assignments in protection. Drives a solid waste and/or recycling collection vehicle on designated routes throughout City streets. Collects solid wastes and/or recycling materials at various locations, including bags and garbage cans. Closes enclosure doors and secures gates, ensures containers do not block driveway entrances or traffic. Delivers solid waste to the landfill/incinerator for disposal.
