Will perform leak detection and repair (LDAR). Will perform a variety of applicable data collection and evaluation techniques. Develops and maintains records. Night Auditor (Overnight Shift 11 PM-7 AM) Job Purpose: The Front Desk Night Auditor is often the first point of contact and the first impression for guests. Check guests in, issue room keys, and provide information on hotel services and room location. Job Description The CDL Class A Driver is responsible for safely transporting heavy equipment and cargo while ensuring compliance with all Federal, State, and local regulations. This position requires strong attention to detail, stamina, and a commitment to safety. Drivers must maintain all equipment, complete thorough inspections, and report any mechanical issues to the Transportation Supervisor. Travel is required. Primary Job Functions Ensure the truck is loaded properly and secured in accordance with Federal, State, and local DOT requirements. Verify shipment weight and ensure compliance with allowable load limits. Perform routine vehicle maintenance, security checks, and maintain cleanliness of the truck. Ensure the truck has current inspections, registration, and all legally required documentation. Maintain full compliance with all D.O.T. regulations. Keep all paperwork accurate, organized, and ensure all transactions are properly documented. Deliver all loads safely and on time while maintaining professional driving practices. Represent Strike in a professional and respectful manner during deliveries and pickups. Load and unload equipment as required. Assist in yard operations as assigned by the supervisor. Physical & Health Requirements Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs (12 kg); frequently up to 50 lbs (23 kg); and occasionally up to 100 lbs (45 kg).
