Job Summary:
A Brink Superintendent is responsible for the direction, guidance, safety health and welfare of all site staff including documentation and execution of the day-to-day field operational needs of the individual project. The Superintendent manages the day-to-day crews and sub-contractors. The Superintendent manages the weekly changes and production in a safe and productive manner. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Is directly responsible for leading and working along with a crew which consist of Journeyman, Apprentices, Operators, and Groundmen. This position will lay out work and make certain that materials, tools, equipment and information are on the job site in the proper locations to meet construction schedules. Position interacts with Superintendent or Project Manager and on smaller projects may oversee complete installation.
Must be able to report to assigned job site location on time or as directed.

Mortgage lenders require periodic updates on their properties and to do this they send out independent contractors. The purpose of the property inspection is:
To verify property occupancy.
To report on the general condition of the property using a mobile application.
Most inspections are exterior only. About 10% require interior photos after the property has gone vacant.
We contract with inspectors at a county level. This means that you would be responsible to complete all inspections in your county. In some cases, you will split the county with another inspector if there is enough volume for two inspectors.
Responsibilities
Most common type of inspection should only take 5-6 minutes.
Complete the inspection within 4 days after it is assigned.
Report general property conditions and make a determination of occupancy based on industry standards.
Take 9+ photos of the property with brief comments.
Complete a short form in an app.
Requires being able to spend extended periods of time driving while making numerous stops during the day in the assigned territory.
