Collaborate with warehouse, maintenance, and other departments to facilitate efficient, timely deliveries. Performance & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure goals are met for on-time delivery, route efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports on dispatch performance, highlighting trends and areas for improvement. Investigate and report on any delivery discrepancies or accidents, working with management to implement corrective actions. OTHER JOB DUTIES: Safety & Compliance: Ensure dispatch and delivery practices align with regulatory requirements and company safety standards. Conduct routine checks on vehicle maintenance schedules, driver logs, and compliance with Hours of Service (HOS) regulations. Participate in safety training and enforce adherence to safety protocols.
