Not really anything. I worked cnc finishing. Gave my all and did my best even when the company struggled through covid. The education is the only thing note worthy. The floor people are bitter and resentful. Management and engineering are indifferent... simply awful...
Nothing
This is a very sexist company. All the managers are men and drinking buddies. Women are screamed at, made fun of and subject to harrassment.
The "benefits" are horrible. Employees pay for insurance they can't afford to use with a $12,000 deductible.
