Management doesn’t listen to front end staff, they “say” they hear you but immediately ignore any concern. Play favoritism and don’t have accountability, for toxic
Very toxic and hostile work environment and although everyone should receive breaks the newest secretary doesn’t because the “Superior” secretary is never there long enough to allow it

At various times, they use too many outside consultants
On-site healthcare, various employee appreciation meals/picnics, the ability to work "around" personal outside appointments, overall employee atmosphere seems good.
