The Maintenance and Reliability Manager will lead the maintenance and reliability teams and support the capital improvement functions at the Red River Manufacturing Facility and Natchitoches Processing Facility. They is a key leader on the Red River Leadership Team and has overall responsibility for maintenance and reliability functions at the sites. They will directly manage, lead and develop a staff of 4-6 direct reports and 17 - 22 indirect reports; and will be responsible for all aspects of personnel and performance management for those in their span of control.
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure the highest level of safety and environmental stewardship across the organization.
Define, develop, manage and lead the maintenance/reliability/ functions (i.e. strategy, program, budget and culture); including behaviors, policies, procedures, tasks, and metrics to meet business goals and drive a high-performance work culture.
Ensure plant production equipment and facilities are available to meet production demand.
Work collaboratively with key technical, environmental, safety, operations and quality personnel to drive continuous improvement in plant performance.
Support and coordinate work activities across all plant functional areas, including the development of field staffing plans for capital project execution, plant scheduled maintenance outages and major plant repair work.
Provide staff development, hiring, coaching, counseling, and training; and ensure organizational performance, growth and learning build a strong, collaborative team in an environment of team member empowerment.
Provide strong engineering and technical leadership in the areas of plant mechanical integrity, preventive/predictive maintenance strategies, CMMS development, maintenance planning/scheduling, work system efficiency, root cause analysis, equipment repair techniques and work quality assessment.
Lead, manage and provide technical leadership in capital project development, execution, commissioning and budget development/management including areas of safety, alternatives analysis, IRR/NPV, FEL process, scoping, design, quality control, cost control, contractor capabilities assessment and selection, engineering and construction standards, and project management.
Lead contractor selection process for Engineering, , Turnaround, and Maintenance Contractors.

Education and Experience:

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
+ Must have experience selling facility services within the manufacturing/logistics industry.
+ 10+ years of experience in sales or business development with a proven track record of sustained success.
+ Facilities Services, Facilities Management or comparable B2B sales experience.
+ Proven track record of success in developing and executing growth strategy.
+ Experience guiding and collaborating with cross functional teams.
+ Excellent analytical skills and experience using data to inform decision-making.
+ Ability to execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.
+ Outstanding written and verbal communication and influencing skills.
+ Experience with CRM software.
