As the Director, Domestic Tax Operations, you will lead all aspects of US federal, state, and local income tax compliance, provision, and planning activities. This individual ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations while optimizing tax positions and supporting strategic business initiatives. The role will be heavily involved in shaping the tax department's tax accounting and compliance policies and processes, while supporting the business needs of a fast-growing company. This position is based in our Chandler, Arizona office and reports to the VP of Tax. Key Job Responsibilities: Lead the Company's quarterly ASC 740 income tax reporting process and prepare the interim and annual income tax provisions and related SEC Form 10-K/10-Q disclosures. Responsible for coordination of tax provision process for multiple entities/jurisdictions and identifying/evaluating uncertain tax positions and adjustments to valuation allowances. Forecast the Annual Effective Tax Rate and global cash taxes to support financial planning and analysis Monitor and comply with SOX control processes and related documentation. Manage the preparation, review and filing of US federal, state, and local income tax returns with external advisors. Coordinate and manage tax due dates and administration of tax payments. Oversee the preparation of R&D and Renewable Energy related tax credits and incentive calculations. Maintain strong relationships with external advisors, auditors, and tax authorities. Drive automation and AI initiatives to increase the efficiency of tax accounting and compliance processes and provide support for various company-wide financial systems related projects. Assist with information requests for income tax audits, including tracking tax notices and audit responses. Maintain the corporate tax calendar and design tax packages to efficiently manage deadlines and tax information requests for the company. Support M&A and divestiture activities by analyzing tax implications and structuring considerations. Qualifications: Combination of 15+ years progressive experience in public accounting and in-house corporate tax department of publicly traded company, with minimum of 4+ years of tax experience at a major public accounting firm. Recent tax experience at a multinational US headquartered publicly traded corporation is required. Proven success in leading a tax provision process of a US publicly traded corporation. Strong knowledge of ASC 740, Accounting for Income Taxes, broad knowledge of US GAAP Accounting, evidenced by recent responsibility leading income tax provision process. In depth understanding of U.S. federal and state tax rules. Knowledge of transfer pricing and other international tax issues, a plus. This role reports to our VP of Engineering, R&D. The job is located onsite in Chandler, Arizona. You will work on software and processes for SmarTrack, Array's proprietary solution for solar tracker optimization and monitoring. Key Job Responsibilities: Take ownership of the factory preparation process for installing operating system, system packages, and proprietary software on SmarTrack Controller, a Linux-based computer installed at customer sites for SmarTrack services and features. Update and maintain GitHub repositories, specifications, disk images, work instructions, and other files and documents relevant to the preparation process. Maintain and improve existing programming stations and processes for efficiency and accuracy. Train technicians and production crew traveling to factory in Albuquerque, NM, as necessary. Work in a team to establish and maintain quality assurance (QA) testing on SmarTrack software that runs on the SmarTrack Controller. Maintain and improve existing testing stations for hardware-in-the-loop testing, automating as many processes as possible, including integration with GitHub. Work in a team to contribute to and maintain SmarTrack software, especially to ensure consistent reporting and telemetry of exceptions and errors for effective remote monitoring. Follow internal processes for software development. Contribute to improving the processes. Participate in field testing to validate new software products or to troubleshoot issues with existing products. Travel and work in a non-office environment, as necessary. Report work regularly to the hiring manager. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related discipline, and minimum 2 years of relevant work experience; OR Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related discipline, and minimum 1 year of relevant work experience. Minimum 1 year of experience in Ubuntu Linux or Debian Linux and bash scripting. Minimum 2 years of experience developing software in Python. Minimum 2 years of code version control using git; Experience with GitHub is a plus. Experience or interest in machine-to-machine communication; Experience or knowledge of the following communication protocols is a plus: Modbus (over RS-485 or TCP), OPC-UA, and web API. Interest in solar industry. Willingness to learn and continuously improve one's technical expertise. Willingness to work in a team. Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office. The candidate who passes the initial interview will be subjected to a follow-up technical interview. The candidate will be asked to work on a mini-project (maximum effort needed for a qualified candidate: 4-hours), designed to assess the candidate's knowledge and experience with Linux and software development in Python. The candidate will be asked to present the project during the technical interview and make changes on the fly during the interview to implement minor feature changes. Manager, International Logistics We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Manager, International Logistics to oversee and optimize our global logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international logistics, trade compliance, supply chain management, and proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems. This role is critical to ensuring the efficient movement of materials and products across our global supply chain. In addition to operational excellence, this role plays a key part in developing talent, fostering team growth, and supporting long-term career development within the logistics function. Key Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement international logistics strategies to support the company's global supply chain operations. Manage and optimize the transportation of goods, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and products. Have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing a diverse team of both in-office and remote members. Proven experience in international logistics operations management, trade compliance, supply chain management, preferably within the renewable energy or manufacturing sectors. Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems. Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and international logistics best practices. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in a relevant field. Experience working in a public and global company.
