This senior role is critical in managing complex on-site quality issues, providing strategic guidance to EPC contractors, and ensuring timely resolution through advanced root cause analysis and project management expertise. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and external stakeholders, driving quality excellence, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement in dynamic field environments. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the senior field authority for quality-related issues at U.S. project sites, providing expert guidance and leadership. Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, proactively identifying, assessing, and resolving complex quality concerns. Lead advanced root cause analysis and champion the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Mentor, coach, and provide technical guidance to field teams on quality protocols and best practices. Oversee and audit field activities to ensure alignment with company standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Escalate critical issues promptly and coordinate resolution strategies with senior internal leadership. Contribute to the development, refinement, and delivery of field quality procedures, training materials, and best-in-class practices. Represent the company at industry events, customer meetings, and technical forums as a subject matter expert. Qualifications: 8+ years of progressive experience in field service, quality assurance, or operations within the EPC contractor or related industries. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred). Demonstrated leadership in project management with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and deadlines. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; confident in executive and customer-facing interactions. In-depth understanding of EPC workflows, standards, and advanced quality requirements. Proven expertise in performing complex root cause analysis and implementing effective, sustainable solutions. Proficiency in quality management systems, reporting tools, and data-driven decision-making. Ability to work independently and lead teams in fast-paced, field-based environments. Willingness to travel frequently across the United States (up to 75%). Experience mentoring and developing junior staff is highly desirable. The SE Job Overview: The Solutions Engineer (SE) is a sales and technical role with focus on customer/partners and is part of the sales organization. The SE's primary responsibility is to support the sales team with technical skills and provide technical knowledge around F5 solutions to our customers. How you'll do it: * Providing knowledge and experience with Data Centers, Virtualization and Cloud computing environments, * Providing knowledge and experience on Service Provider's Mobile network architectures and protocols, especially mobile network architectures and protocols defined by 3GPP. * You will have worked with DevOps, CI/CD, and SCM tools, as well as container orchestration solutions (eg: Kubernetes, etc). * Experience in the RFx process * Knowledge of Network and Application Security * Experience on AI related projects, or willingness to face new challenges learning AI infrastructure pain points What you'll bring: * Familiarity/experience with F5 technology or similar industry solution deployment a plus. * Knowledge of Telco networks and protocols, with specific focus on Mobile and 3GPP * Knowledge of Network Equipment Providers ecosystem, with Ericsson and Nokia as partners of preference. * Fluent verbal and writing skills in English.
