Key Job Responsibilities: Lead the Company's quarterly ASC 740 income tax reporting process and prepare the interim and annual income tax provisions and related SEC Form 10-K/10-Q disclosures. Responsible for coordination of tax provision process for multiple entities/jurisdictions and identifying/evaluating uncertain tax positions and adjustments to valuation allowances. Forecast the Annual Effective Tax Rate and global cash taxes to support financial planning and analysis Monitor and comply with SOX control processes and related documentation. Manage the preparation, review and filing of US federal, state, and local income tax returns with external advisors. Coordinate and manage tax due dates and administration of tax payments. Oversee the preparation of R&D and Renewable Energy related tax credits and incentive calculations. Maintain strong relationships with external advisors, auditors, and tax authorities. Drive automation and AI initiatives to increase the efficiency of tax accounting and compliance processes and provide support for various company-wide financial systems related projects. Assist with information requests for income tax audits, including tracking tax notices and audit responses. Key Responsibilities: One-Time: Contribute to the design and implementation of a financial consolidation tool for the global organization. 20%: Serve as a power user for the financial consolidation tool, including: Maintaining entities and consolidation hierarchies; Maintaining data import rules and mappings; Maintaining consolidation and elimination rules and FX rates; and Partnering with the FP&A team to ensure consistency of data across internal and external reporting. 40%: On a monthly basis, lead the global financial consolidation workflow across multiple entities and currencies within the financial consolidation tool, including: Collaborating with regional finance teams to ensure timely and accurate submission of financial data; Ensuring intercompany and equity eliminations, foreign currency re-measurements/translations, and other consolidating adjustments are properly recorded; and Investigating and resolving errors, out-of-balances, or other issues on a timely basis. 20%: Prepare and review consolidated financial statements and ad hoc reports in accordance with US GAAP, including: Preparing balance sheets, income statements, and statements of cash flows from the financial consolidation tool to support the Company's SEC filings; Coordinating with regional finance teams to complete monthly variance analyses; and Preparing other recurring or ad hoc reports as needed to support the Company's SEC filings and/or provide insight to senior leadership. 10%: Support internal control and external audit requirements related to consolidated financial statements and the financial consolidation tool. 5%: Continuously improve related systems and processes, including automation and controls. 5%: Lead or support other projects, as needed, such as M&A integration, the implementation of new accounting standards or corporate policies, or other initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or an applicable and relevant IT field. 5+ years of relevant experience in financial consolidation, accounting, and/or financial reporting, with at least 3+ years directly involved in consolidations. Strong understanding of US GAAP consolidation principles. Advanced experience with financial consolidation systems (e.g., OneStream, Hyperion, SAP for Group Reporting). Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite). Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Attributes: CPA or other relevant certification. Experience in a multinational corporation and/or public company environment. Proven track record of process improvement and/or system implementation.     The Senior Systems Engineer will contribute to the development of new products, product enhancements, and ancillary services related to solar power generation. The focus will be on continuous improvement of engineering models/methods/processes that will improve cost competitiveness of single axis tracker products. This position is full-time and exempt. Location of this position is in Chandler, AZ. Key Job Responsibilities: Analysis (static and dynamic) of solar tracking structures and drivetrains using commercial Finite Element (FEA) and Multi-Body Dynamics (MBD) software. Derive specific system models using fundamental principles of mechanics, statics, and dynamics. Create test plans for component and system tests. Correlate functional testing data to engineering model predictions and improve the accuracy of the engineering model. Contribute to the creation of specific design/analysis “tools” based on derived system models. Maintain existing design & analysis tools. Define and perform engineering optimization studies. Report status of assigned programs at various levels of the organization. Develop system engineering governing documents. Travel to project sites, labs, suppliers, as required.
