There will be some procedures - joint injections, toenail removals, lesion removals. This will be a 3-6 month need. Will work Monday-Friday, Hours are 8-5 in clinic with some admin time is included. We are closed for lunch from 12-1. I am looking for someone that is capable of seeing approximately 20 patients per day. Current provider currently works 3 days per week and we have another physician who provides care on Wednesdays. Lincoln Health has 4 family practice clinics located in Byers, Limon, Hugo and Flagler - they are all within about an hour of each other. Our Byers clinic is about 30 minutes from the aurora/Denver area while the rest are further out east. currently in the process of becoming a Rural Health Clinic but right now our Byers clinic is free standing. This clinic does not always have a physician there routinely so ideally a more experienced provider would be beneficial. The time frame would be approximately 3-6 months while we are onboarding a new provider. Occasionally they may need to work at one of our other locations but the majority would be in Byers. Housing available in an inhouse facility in Hugo - 45-60 min from beyers clinic. Dorm like atmosphere. If provider takes housing, bill rate will be lower. Physical Requirements (Include but are not limited to): Flexible work hours may be required to support the facility and be available to support Emergency Response needs of the facility Although the incumbent will be assigned to a location in particular, the technician may be called to travel to other Enbridge facilities as needed Role will require being on-call (24/7) to respond to emergencies and/or maintenance needs of the site (on a pre-determined, scheduled basis) Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 45 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement. Must meet requirements of fit for work which includes, but is not limited to, demonstrating hand, arm, back and leg coordination needed to ascend and descend a wind tower and complying with a weight restriction of 132 kg (or 290lb) total climbing weight. Comfort with completing physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions and comfort working in enclosed spaces and at heights of 300 ft.
