· Active / unrestricted CO Nurse Practitioner's License
· Active / unrestricted DEA
· Masters level nursing degree
· Current BLS certification
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· With a patient load of 10-12 per day, provide comprehensive exams and preventive care
· Treat acute and chronic health conditions
· Conduct histories and physical exams
· Prescribe medications and treatments based on best practice standards
