JOB SUMMARY
Master Technology Group (MTG) specializes in designing, installing, and servicing commercial property technologies across local and national markets.
The ERP Analyst will provide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and operational support throughout the project life cycle.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in the advanced customization, configuration, and maintenance of MTG's ERP systems. This position involves in-depth analysis and testing of ERP processes and reporting to ensure optimal performance and alignment with corporate goals. The ERP Analyst collaborates with senior team members and provides expertise in addressing complex ERP-related challenges. In addition, the ERP Analyst will periodically support the Operations team in executing technology-related projects for our clients.
To succeed, the ERP Analyst must possess excellent customer service skills and maintain strong professional relationships with all stakeholders, including employees, clients, vendors, and partners. Strong communication, administrative skills, organizational and multi-tasking capabilities are vital.
The position is a full-time, in-office role that reports to the Manager of IT and Business Transformation.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead in the customization and configuration of advanced ERP workflows
Conduct in-depth analysis of ERP systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization
Collaborate with senior team members and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design process improvements, and implement ERP solutions
Perform comprehensive testing of ERP workflows to ensure compliance with corporate needs and industry standards
Provide support for end-users and troubleshoot ERP-related issues
Stay abreast of emerging ERP technologies and contribute to the continuous improvement of ERP processes
Gain a thorough understanding of MTG services and operational processes
Tracking and reporting overall progress and milestone status to Coordinators and Project Managers as needed
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, fellow employees, vendors, and local service providers
Coordinate resources to support the project completion process and assist with post-install document/program creation
Administrative responsibility to support systems utilization, including but not limited to managing security settings, user access, change requests, and overall system configuration
Stay informed of and communicate updates and improvements to systems and operational processes
Coordinate reporting needs, generate reporting, and conduct high-level data analysis to support leadership in data-driven decision-making
Develop custom reports based on departmental and overall company goals
Evaluate and optimize workflow and define best practices

QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of experience in a business operations role, ideally with expertise in reporting and business process automation
Familiarity with enterprise-level ERP solutions, CRM solutions, data visualization tools, and project management solutions
Ability to translate raw data into meaningful metrics
Demonstrated experience in project management, formal or informal
Ability to own and solve problems independently and as part of a cross-functional team
Considerable experience with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, 365, etc.)

The Role:
The Analyst will join the New York-based Structured Credit team of Blue Owl Insurance Solutions (“BOIS”), which provides third party asset management services to the regulated insurance industry. The analyst will support the Structured Credit team in all aspects of underwriting and managing the portfolio. Range of activities includes diligence, execution, and surveillance of new investments, collaboration with the broader team on overall portfolio management functions, and special projects. This position is well-suited for an investment professional with credit and deal structuring experience that is self-directed, highly collaborative, and able to manage a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Target markets include primary and secondary broadly syndicated CLOs, middle market CLOs, and private warehouse opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Exhibit high attention to detail and discipline to produce error free and properly formatted work on a consistent basis with oversight and training from experienced portfolio managers
Assist in investment analysis to build competencies including transaction execution, investment due diligence, credit underwriting and portfolio surveillance
Support team's origination and monitoring efforts and tracking of deal-related data and documentation.
Maintain deal market pipelines and internal trackers, prepare new investment memos and ongoing monthly and quarterly reporting and analysis of portfolio for third party accounts and prospects
Understand (or desire to develop) regulatory and accounting framework and treatment of regulated insurance companies to invest in structured credit products, including new developments within the various industry rulemaking bodies
Assist senior portfolio managers with ongoing surveillance of existing portfolio, alignment with strategic asset allocation, assignment of investment risk ratings and ad hoc portfolio reporting
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including asset allocation, risk, operations, legal, accounting, development, and technology and with third parties such as CLO managers, banks, rating agencies, external legal counsel, trustees, and investors
Qualifications:
1-2 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of CLOs, structured credit, bilateral facilities and warehouses, and/or Insurance Asset Management is preferred

We are currently searching for a Credit & Treasury Analyst with a bachelor's degree in Finance and/or Accounting to join the Credit & Treasury Team at Microchip's headquarters in Chandler, Arizona. We are searching for an Underwriter who can take the handoff from our sales team to work directly with dealers across all engagement levels and verticals, providing them assistance in understanding our underwriting guidelines while guiding them through navigating our dealer contracting platform. Responsibilities:
Accurately review and verify applicant's personal information and financial records for the loan in an efficient and timely manner, while adhering to company policies and underwriting guidelines.
Evaluate loan application information against various lending standards and closely inspect the application documentation for suspicious or fraudulent activity.
Actively seek to engage and build rapport with dealer partners via inbound and outbound phone calls, texts, chats and emails, with the objective of increasing their monthly funded loan count toward a specific target.
Understand our various loan programs, platform functionality, and our proprietary decisioning model to provide our dealer partners with thorough explanations of decline reasons along with advance caps for approvals (i.e., DTI, PTI, LTV).
Confidently explain our regression model as it pertains to loan decisioning and loan terms with the mindset of providing our dealer partners with a path forward for their customer.
Provide continued onboarding support for newly enrolled dealers by being able to comfortably walk them through using our platform and structuring their loan contracts.
Communicate with consumers applying through our consumer platform, assisting with missing stipulations and the handoff of the application to the dealer.
Communicate with consumers in reference to their own applications while following applicable state and federal laws.
Requirements:
Minimum high school diploma/GED required.
At least 1-2 years of experience in Loan Underwriting or Loan Processing, combined with previous experience in Sales and/or Customer Service, preferably in the auto or powersports industry. Must have a thorough understanding of debt-to-income, payment-to-income, and loan-to-value ratios.
Experience working in automotive or powersports dealerships is a plus.
Must be highly knowledgeable on different income sources for consumers along with a clear understanding of reading supporting documentation (paystubs, 1099, W2, 1040, bank statements).
Excellent telephone, communication (oral and written), interpersonal and organizational skills a must.
Goal oriented with an energetic, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
Self motivated with a strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Able to work well under pressure to meet monthly goals while passing quality assurance audits.
