With growth at a record pace, we are seeking to add key Sales talent in Cleveland, OH to support customers, as well as build and maintain new commercial business relationships. POSITION SUMMARY The Account Executive (AE) will identify, qualify and call upon customer prospects within the defined territory, establishing and closing commercial sales with prospects. The Account Executive is responsible for properly and effectively marketing and representing Arrow products and services to achieve target goals and meet defined revenue expectations. Ultimately, the AE is responsible for generating new leads, cultivating those leads and converting prospects into new business and revenue for the company within the territory. RESPONSIBILITIES Exercises discretion and independent judgment in establishing relationships with customers at properties within assigned territory, identifying the product(s) that will best satisfy the customers' needs and generates - closes sales accordingly. Develops a sales program that increases revenues and maintains margins that meet the defined short- and long-term goals of Arrow International, Inc. Identifies (and qualifies) new business opportunities and prospects for pursuit. Conducts prospect and customer cold calls - seeking to meet with key decision makers to both gather information and pitch Arrow products/services. Establishes and nurtures customer relationships through personal (on-site face-to-face) meetings and/or teleconferencing to identify the needs of the property and determine best solution for customers. Establishes trust and fulfills the customers' expectations. Develops and meets sales strategies and goals for profitable growth for current year plan. Meets and fully complies with all local, state, regulatory requirements as applicable to the business and customers. Meets and fully complies with all legal requirements for employers within the scope of the role and assigned territory, and quickly identifies any possible deficiencies to be addressed. Performs and complies with all assigned and required reporting, tracking and monitoring of performance - sales progress or results using agreed upon tools-systems. Provides updated forecasts and reporting, identifying sales opportunities and ongoing status of potential sales. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree with a concentration or focus on sales - marketing or relevant equivalent proven field sales or AE experience in lieu of a degree or academic credential. Must have and maintain a driving record in good standing. Minimum of 1 - 3 years of proven successful sales experience - calling on customers and closing sales. Preferred Gaming or Consumer Electronics industry experience - although solid sales experience or products and services are transferrable across industries. Possesses strong (demonstrated) communication and negotiation skills. Strong presentation skills and presences are required - along with an ability to size up and analyze situations - and effectively problem solve. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas Possesses an affable - pleasant temperament - with an authentic style and manner of building effective professional business relationships. Exhibits strong listening skills - and is inquisitive by nature to understand and process customers needs and requirements. Exhibits patience, a attention to detail, and a keen sense of customer service. Possesses the ability to think and reason independently on his/her own without close supervision. The selected candidate has the opportunity to earn a competitive pay arrangement consisting of a base salary and incentive compensation - where a substantial portion of compensation is incentive - sales performance based, as well as normal business travel reimbursement.
