I love how fast you can grow in your entry level role. I love interacting with our members and leaving them with a positive experience.
The amount of work I do, I feel I should be getting paid way more than I do. There are people at the same level as me who do nothing, leaving a few of us to do all the work yet we get paid almost the same as someone who flips burgers. We deal with peoples financials. We handle auto loans with dmv paperwork, credit cards, personal loans, and soon mortgage equity loans and becoming a notary for hardly any extra pay. I feel like I use to be able to talk to my managers about anything but now I feel like I can’t and I feel stressed at work now. My main thing is not making enough money for the amount of work and dedication I have put in.
Great healthcare options. There’s some great perks that are offered from the day you’re hired that I can’t remember.
