+ Key Responsibilities:
+ Participates in strategic and tactical meetings to develop effective campaigns and activations reflecting the clients' objectives

Here's what you'll need:
+ 8+ years of conceptual healthcare/ copywriting experience, preferably in a health care marketing or communications agency
+ 5+ years of experience working in the Oncology are a
+ 5+ years of brand launch experience for both HCP and patient audiences
+ 8+ years of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
+ 8+ years of proven organizational and timeline prioritization skills; scheduling flexibility to accommodate work volumes and the ability to manage multiple assignments
+ 5+ years of experience in strategic brainstorming, campaign development and creative execution and advertising (campaign concepts, websites, all digital tactics, print, etc.)
+ 2+ years working with multiple GenAI tools ( i.e. OpenAI , Writer, etc. )

**What We're Looking For** The time is right to join HNTB's growing Design Build Organization! We are seeking candidates for Sr Bridge Design Manager with demonstrated experience on fast-paced Design Build (DB) infrastructure projects. This Sr Bridge Design Manager role is a key member of project leadership teams, responsible for accomplishing HNTB's 4 for 4 performance objectives: quality work, on time, on budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
This opportunity entails being responsible for leading the development and execution of the project management plan while building and maintaining effective and meaningful client relationships. This position is a project leader, managing and delivering all aspects of one or more mega ($5M+) and/or super mega ($25M+) projects including technical aspects, operations, contracting, project controls, quality, risk and change management. The Sr Bridge Design Manager implements the firm's project delivery plan using HNTB's Sophisticated Delivery Approach (SDA) on each project.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Responsible for development of the project scope and fee quotation and assists in the preparation of technical proposals and contracts in accordance with HNTB's Sophisticated Contracting Approach (SCA).
+ Serves as the primary client liaison and manages the project team to deliver the scope, schedule, and budgets to completion and to the client's satisfaction. Leads client contract scoping and negotiations.
+ Performs technical discipline tasks including analysis, reports, design, specification, and production for assigned projects.

Works with the project team and marketing resources to prepare appropriate proposal and presentation materials. Leads proposal development and interview presentations for strategic, mini-mega or mega projects to the client as well as general presentations within the industry and community.
+ May be responsible for the recruitment, hiring, development and retention of staff, including development of plan for staff reporting, performance and compensation reviews, and succession.

+ Experience in managing Design Support During Construction (DSDC) phase of bridge projects
+ Professional Engineer (PE) license in California
