Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams at Appcast to align Brand & Creative products and services with our core platform and go-to-market strategies. Qualifications Strong understanding of design principles, content and copywriting, branding, digital advertising, and websites. Expertise in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and proficiency in various creative tools and technologies. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to balance creative vision with strategic business objectives. Strong ability to inspire and motivate a team, cultivate a positive and inclusive team culture. Conflict resolution skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback with empathy. Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and adapt to changing priorities.
