A confidential client is seeking a Creative Director to lead the full creative vision and execution for an e-commerce PDP initiative, including high-impact visuals, product videos, and AI-generated imagery. This role will guide creative strategy end-to-end, from ideation to production and final delivery, ensuring assets are optimized for performance, clarity, and conversion.
Ideal candidates bring strong experience producing Amazon PDP content and have direct exposure to AI-driven creative workflows for consumer products. Knowledge within the beauty or personal care space is a significant plus.

Key Responsibilities
Own the overarching creative direction for PDP content, ensuring a cohesive visual language across all assets
Concept, develop, and present storyboards, scripts, and shot lists for PDP video and motion content
Lead visual development for galleries, A+ modules, product imagery, and other digital placements
Oversee production through post-including AI-assisted image generation and content adaptation
Be present for production/filming days as needed (occasional travel may be required)
Maintain alignment with brand standards, quality expectations, and strategic objectives
Qualifications
Proven success in developing creative for Amazon PDP or similar e-commerce environments

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and frame creative concepts.
Brainstorm new ideas, nail down guidelines for artistic direction, and mock-up designs.
Visualize, design and conceptualize user experiences and create visual prototypes.

REQUIREMENTS
5+ years experience defining and driving the design process and direction for large interactive projects for web and other media.
Proven experience in generating creative ideas and concepts.
Strong design portfolio packed with expertise in all things digital.
Driven to lead the design team and propel the company forward.
Excellent knowledge of information architecture, user interface essentials, interaction design, style guide creation. Knowledge in motion design is a plus.
Expert skills with design software used in the design process, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience working with Figma is a plus.

The Position

Qualifications
The minimum requirements we seek:
15+ years of experience in product design, with a significant portion in a leadership or management role, overseeing teams of product designers.
