Overview Scout House is looking for a Creative Director to define, elevate, and deliver our creative vision - and help shape the future of the Creative Technology department. This is a foundational hire: our first in-house Creative Director, responsible for ensuring creative excellence, building brand consistency, and upleveling our video and campaign work across all client programs. This is a hybrid role - equal parts leader and maker. The Creative Director will concept, design, and produce work hands-on, while guiding a roster of freelance creatives to consistently deliver at the highest level. They will co-lead the Creative Technology function, ensuring creative and technical teams work seamlessly together to produce groundbreaking experiences. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving, evolving environment, where processes may need to be built or reimagined.
