- Compliance to Quality High Standards: Ensure AI dubbing meets Prime Video's customer quality benchmarks (e.g., clarity, synchronization, cultural sensitivity, and more) through rigorous testing and feedback loops with quality experts.

Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years in creative direction, preferably in film/TV dubbing, localization, or AI-driven media
- Proven track record in merging technology with artistic storytelling (e.g., voice direction, script adaptation, emotional arc design)
- Familiarity with post-production pipelines and collaboration tools (e.g., ProTools, AI platforms like Deepdub or ElevenLabs)
- Fluency in English and Latin American Spanish (ES-419) and demonstrated expertise in cross-cultural narrative adaptation
- Ability to navigate diverse audience expectations while maintaining universal emotional resonance
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience guiding technical and creative teams toward shared goals.
- Experience building or scaling in-house creative talent development programs, including training, mentorship, or up-skilling initiatives for AI dubbing teams (e.g., launching internal academies, certification programs, or collaborative workshops).
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior hands-on experience deploying advanced AI tools (e.g., real-time neural TTS, dynamic emotional adaptation algorithms, generative voice cloning) in creative workflows, including piloting large-scale AI dubbing projects with measurable impact on viewer engagement.
- Recognized industry authority with published papers, patents, or keynote speeches on AI's role in storytelling, dubbing ethics, or cross-cultural narrative adaptation.
- Expertise in dubbing niche formats (e.g., anime, documentaries, immersive VR/AR content) or historical/fictional dialects, demonstrated through award-winning projects or industry acclaim.
- Experience leading decentralized, multilingual creative teams across multiple time zones, with a history of fostering collaboration between science, technology, product, voice actors, and localization specialists.
- Ability to leverage dubbing performance data (e.g., viewer retention, lip-sync accuracy metrics) to iterate on AI models and creative decisions, reducing creative rework.

Creative Director, Consumer Products at INVIZ Santa Monica, CA
Itlearn360
Art director job in Santa Monica, CA
Creative Director, Consumer Products job at INVIZ. Santa Monica, CA.
Invisible Narratives, the first-of-its-kind tra-digital studio, is looking for a Creative Director to lead brand expression across all licensed categories - from consumer products to interactive platforms to global marketing campaigns. With Skibidi Toilet reshaping how modern IP scales, this is a key creative leadership role with deep hands-on execution responsibilities.
Who We're Looking For
You're an artist and a strategist. You can sit down and sketch new character poses for a style guide in the morning - then give high-level creative feedback on a mobile game skin or digital collectible rollout in the afternoon. You've developed seasonal visual systems, directed external partners, and helped shape how franchises show up in product, play, and retail.
You come from the world of digital-native IP, gaming, or entertainment licensing - and you know how to build scalable creative systems that protect a brand while pushing it forward. You speak fluently with illustrators, game developers, product leads, and marketers alike.
What You'll Do
Own the development of seasonal style guides, brand packs, and licensing toolkits across toys, apparel, interactive, and consumer products
Direct and oversee creative development across interactive partnerships - including video games, mobile apps, UGC platforms, and emerging tech integrations
Collaborate with partners to translate our characters and universe into game assets, UI, animations, and skins
Create original illustrations, vector assets, and design systems - from product applications to digital promo art
Review and approve creative submissions from all licensing partners to ensure quality and brand consistency
Lead visual concepting for cross-channel marketing moments, go-to-market strategies, and in-world brand campaigns
Partner with internal marketing, content, and animation teams to align creative direction across media
Manage internal designers, freelancers, and creative vendors - giving clear, actionable direction
What You Need
7+ years experience in creative direction for IP-driven brands, games, or entertainment licensing
A portfolio that showcases both hands-on illustration (vector, key art, packaging) and interactive product oversight (games, UI, skins, etc.)
Proven experience creating and evolving style guides, brand bibles, and seasonal creative dumps for partners
Deep familiarity with the gaming ecosystem - from AAA to indie, mobile to modded
Strong understanding of brand-building through marketing campaigns and consumer-facing activations
Experience giving creative feedback across product, packaging, digital, and in-game content
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop
Comfort navigating animation pipelines, product specs, and game dev workflows
This is a role for someone who can shape a universe - not just by directing it, but by drawing it too. If you're fluent in licensing, obsessed with games, and still love opening Illustrator to get it right, you're exactly who we're looking for.

Accenture 4.7
Art director job in Los Angeles, CA
Who we are:
Work & Co, part of Accenture Song, is a global design and technology company with offices in the United States, Europe, and Latin America. We're known for uniting the industry's best hands-on strategy, product and technical talent to generate tangible impact at scale. Client partners include IKEA, Apple, PGA TOUR, Gatorade, Google, Mercedes, Givenchy, the MTA and more. As Fast Company noted, our engineering and design teams are routinely entrusted with creating digital products for companies which rarely approach outside firms. Forrester Research calls our approach "a model to follow."
We look for Design Directors who see no boundaries between form and function, and who think the feel of a product should come more from how it works than how it looks. We believe designers are basically strategists who express strategy through design.
Creating digital products is a team game. Our methodology emphasizes intense collaboration, early prototyping and testing, and so many iterations you'll lose count. Design Directors work closely with Product Managers, Strategists, and Developers to create digital products and services that reshape industries while mentoring others in the Work & Co Design team. Our Partners are hands on and you'll work directly with them - no middle management here.
What You Will Do:
* Stay 100% focused on making great digital products--that's all we care about.
* Work iteratively on initial concepts, prototypes, and detailed designs informed by user research, marketplace and behavior trends, and your best ideas.
* Participate in a hands-on manner through all product phases, from strategy to launch to optimization (this job is not just about making wireframes or participating in one phase).
Qualification
Basic Qualifications:
* Portfolio or samples of work demonstrating digital product design
Preferred Qualifications:
* Proven ability to propose creative concepts during initial project phases and the ability to deliver on those ideas and the ideas of others through detailed design.
* Proven ability to solve complex UX problems and the product strategy skills to deliver best-in-class visual design solutions
* Ability to uncover and utilize business truths and user behaviors that help define a great product
* Demonstrated ability to synthesize and present your work
* Experience working in a highly iterative, collaborative environment where people share work daily
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
* Familiarity with prototyping tools
