The Prime Video Localization Enablement & Accessibility Program (LEAP) team is seeking an innovative Creative Director to spearhead the creative vision for its AI-enabled dubbing platform. In this pivotal role, you will define the artistic and emotional standards for AI-enabled dubbing solutions, ensuring seamless integration of technology with human creativity to deliver globally accessible, culturally resonant content. You will lead the development of hybrid workflows that blend AI efficiency with artistic and culturally-relevant refinement, oversee quality and ethical guidelines, and drive global expansion of AI-enabled dubbing capabilities. Key job responsibilities
- Set the Bar for Creative Vision & Strategy: Establish the creative direction for AI-assisted dubbing, ensuring AI-generated voiceovers preserve emotional nuance, tone, and cultural context. Collaborate with AI engineers and localization experts to refine algorithms for voice synthesis, lip-sync accuracy, and dialect adaptation.
- Enable AI-Human Collaboration: Design hybrid workflows where AI handles initial dubbing, and human talent refines delivery, timing, and emotional depth. Where human intervention is necessary, maintain consistency between AI-generated and human-dubbed segments.
- Compliance to Quality High Standards: Ensure AI dubbing meets Prime Video's customer quality benchmarks (e.g., clarity, synchronization, cultural sensitivity, and more) through rigorous testing and feedback loops with quality experts.
- Global Expansion & Innovation: Identify opportunities and set up creative workflows to expand AI dubbing to new languages and content types (e.g., anime, documentaries, live-action).
- Demonstrate Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align dubbing technology with viewer experience goals. Champion thought leadership through industry talks, white papers, and collaborations with creators advocating AI-augmented storytelling.
Basic Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire the creative team to produce high‑quality work across print, digital, social, and experiential projects. Manage a team of internal and external designers.
Develop and own creative vision and strategy across multiple brands and product lines. Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
Oversee concept development from brief through execution- provide clear creative direction, constructive feedback, and perform rigorous quality control.
Create and approve creative assets for:
Print: posters, menus, packaging, in‑store signage, shelf‑talkers, and other retail collateral with attention to production specs and vendor coordination.
Websites: page design, landing pages, UX‑aligned visual concepts, site-map, content hierarchy, imagery direction, and CMS‑ready assets.
Website creative development: collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide art direction, asset attainment, content strategy, and QA for visual fidelity and performance.
Social: campaign concepts, social ads, organic posts, short‑form video/story content, and platform‑specific creative variations.
Digital advertising: display, programmatic, and paid social ad formats with CTA optimization and A/B testing support.
Produce, edit, and approve content (copy and creative) for campaigns, websites, email, social, and other channels; contribute hands‑on writing and refinement when needed.
Ensure brand consistency and executional excellence across platforms by establishing and enforcing brand guidelines, templates, and best practices.
Collaborate with marketing, product management, operations, R&D, and executive stakeholders to align creative work with business goals, campaign objectives, menu launches, and customer experience.
Support menu development and product launch projects - provide visual and content direction for menus, launch campaigns, product photography briefs, and in‑store promotional materials (experience in food/menu development a plus).
Manage project timelines, resource allocation, vendor relationships, and budgets to deliver projects on schedule and within scope; enforce approval flows and asset management.
Thrive under pressure, prioritize tasks, and consistently meet tight timelines.
Mentor and develop team members - set performance objectives, conduct reviews, and create professional growth plans.
Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all deliverables: proofreading, layout, color, accessibility, and technical specifications.

Qualifications
BA in Design, Communications, Advertising, or related field (or equivalent experience).
10+ years of creative experience with a strong track record of leading creative teams and delivering integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Experience as a Creative Director managing projects in the grocery retail, CPG, or restaurant industries highly preferred.
Prior supervisory experience managing at least two designers.
Demonstrated expertise in brand strategy, identity development, and multi‑platform execution (print, web, social, and digital advertising).
Proven hands‑on content writing skills and strong editorial judgment.
Experience in website creative development and working closely with UX and development teams to deliver CMS‑ready assets.
Interest in food and menu development preferred.
Strong attention to detail and quality assurance instincts.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight timelines.
Experience using Smartsheet and Trello or other project management tools.

Job Description / Position Summary:
As a Junior ArtDirector you are an important hub for creative concepts and communication for our in-house Agency team that services multiple brands under the Onward Brands portfolio - Incipio, Incase, Griffin, Survivor, plus licensed brands kate spade new york and Coach. As a member of our team, your role will be to engage in strategic creative and conceptual leadership and art direction for all brands. Duties and Responsibilities:
Art Direction and design in-line with high-level brand goals across various formats: go-to-market campaigns, global sites, marketing, social media, presentations, and retail assets for branded campaigns.
Conceptual leadership and team collaboration and management for creative campaigns, brand styling and projects.
Direct concepts for campaigns and brands with a keen eye for market trends, engaging creative, dynamic storytelling and concise communications.
Consistently enforce brand and style guidelines across all creative.
Hands on creative leadership for presentations, renderings, photoshoot, case mockups, and packaging design.
Manage and organize a large quantity of projects and assets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design from 4-Year University or trade school equivalent
3+ years of experience working in agency or in-house environment.
Layout experience required.
Background knowledge in principles of design (i.e. typography, color, balance, composition, and current design trends.)
Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite; proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Knowledge of motion design a plus.
Design skills including comprehensive knowledge of press and packaging treatments and procedures.
Knowledge of RGB, CMYK, and PANTONE colors.
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and under tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail.
Able to give direction, present concepts, and execute accordingly.

Job Description
The Junior High Director plays a crucial role in fostering a supportive and engaging environment for students, ensuring that each young person has a dedicated adult who knows them and a welcoming place to belong. This position reports to the Junior High Pastor on the Youth team. A full-time, exempt position, the schedule generally includes weekend services, meetings at our Irvine campus, and additional time during the week.
Responsibilities
Collaborating closely with the Junior High Pastor, the Director will take ownership of key aspects of the ministry plan and provide leadership to volunteers and interns. This position involves decision-making, staff development, and offering personal guidance within the Junior High and family ministry.
Team Leadership & Operations
Partner with the Junior High Pastor to implement ministry goals and strategies
Provide leadership, coaching, and development for volunteers and coaches
Oversee designated areas of the ministry budget (volunteers, life groups)
Manage ministry operations including the calendar, delegation of event planning, and alignment with strategic goals
Contribute to decision-making and execution of ministry initiatives
Volunteer Leadership
Recruit and onboard coaches for both Life Groups and Weekends
Train and support coaches to lead and care for their teams of volunteers
Assign leaders to coaches and provide ongoing coaching and accountability
Lead recruiting efforts for Life Group, Weekend, and Coach volunteers, following the Mariners Church Volunteer Process
Conduct volunteer applications, interviews, and reference checks
