What You Get To Do Collaborate with your creative team Develop and implement curriculum Oversee growth and progress of all students within the program Direct either the Junior Theatre Production or the Junior Musical Theatre Production Teach daily class in Acting Technique Attend weekly departmental meetings Attend weekly production meetings Create appropriate curriculum and expectations for the skill level of the campers This position will be responsible with organizing day-to-day interactions with their respective campers in the Theatre Arts division What You Get Compensation: $2,400 Meals and on-campus lodging 10% tuition discount for Discovery Camp or 50% Interlochen Arts Camp for dependents 20% discount for tickets to most summer concerts. 15% discount on merchandise from Scholarshop and food/beverages from Melody Freeze What You Need Availability 6/27/2026 - 7/25/2026 (Play) OR 7/13/2026 - 8/9/2026 (Musical) Prepared to live in a nature cabin setting.
