As the most senior creative lead of the team, you'll be responsible for guiding them in exploring new spaces, validating opportunities across AI, Spatial, and emerging technologies, and building strong relationships across the company. You'll also deliver proof-of-concepts that inspire future products and marketing initiatives for customer-facing experiences and internal operations. By establishing strong processes for experimentation, application, and handoff, you will ensure the team maximizes innovation without becoming mired in long-term product development. Responsibilities Lead and oversee a multidisciplinary team of creative technologists, artists, and designers working across AI, 3D, AR/VR, spatial computing, and emerging technologies. Foster a culture of experimentation, collaboration, and continuous learning across the creative technology team. Partner with producer lead to establish frameworks for identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing new technologies with the highest strategic potential. Drive the creation of advanced prototypes, experiments, and conceptual explorations that shape future marketing and product opportunities across Marcom. Define and lead the long-term creative technology vision and innovation roadmap for the Creative Technology group in partnership with ILT and Marcom leadership. Influence and align senior leadership, creating consensus around the opportunities and application of new and emerging technologies across Marcom. Ensure teams maintain a focus on rapid exploration and concept development Build and maintain strong partnerships with Marcom teams and across Apple to transition validated concepts into scalable development tracks. Partner with producer lead to oversee resourcing, operations, and portfolio management for all creative technology initiatives. Evaluate and manage relationships with external vendors, engineering partners, and technology platforms to accelerate innovation. Develop senior leadership talent, mentoring managers and strengthening the team's leadership pipeline. Minimum Qualifications At least 15+ years of experience in a creative tech/ R&D environment, with a proven ability for shaping and scaling emerging technology practices across organizations. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.
