The Dodge YMCA is seeking a Teen & Youth Sports, Arts, and Movement Director. Under the supervision of the Youth & Family Director, the Teen & Youth Sports, Arts and Movement Director (YSAM) will lead the management and implementation of all teen and youth sports, arts, and movement programs, including enrichment programs. The Teen & YSAM Director will be responsible for managing staff, program development, program deliverables, budget, outreach, recruitment, and key community partnerships, such as local schools. The impact of teen programs will be carefully measured and monitored for continuous improvement. Teen programs take place during the school year, concurrent with the school day, after school hours, and on Saturday evenings. Teen programs also take place during the summer on Saturday evenings.
The Teen & YSAM Director will supervise all teen travel, including overnight and multi‑day trips. They will be responsible for managing the development, administration, supervision, and evaluation of all Youth Sports, Arts, and Movement programs, which take place throughout the week, year‑round.
Program Portfolio: Rowe Scholars, Leaders Club, Saturday Night Lights, Teen Center, and all Youth Sports, Arts, and Movement programs.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, select, develop, train, and supervise staff.
Responsible for implementing and supporting a staff team in implementing diverse teen programming, complete with robust data tracking, while maximizing all funded contracts.
Manage administrative data entry in various systems, including Youth Service.NET, AS400, coordination of participant paperwork, conducting program surveys, and all other requirements outlined by City agencies and in the YMCA's Teen Standards.
Ensure the health, safety, and well‑being of children in the program by providing close supervision of all activities.
Planning, coordination, and implementation of program registration, programming, workshops, and special events with support from part‑time Teen Counselors and YSAM instructors.
Directly facilitate teen programming, in lieu of Teen Advisors, when a position is vacant.
Facilitate YSAM programming directly in the absence of an instructor, if within your skill set.
Ensure that programming is led with a focus on Social Emotional Learning and skill development.
Lead the marketing and distribution of program information; help to compile program statistics.
Develop, implement, and monitor program budgets to meet fiscal objectives.
Meet or exceed all contract/program requirements.
Plan and create new and innovative youth and family programs that meet the needs of the community in keeping with the Branch priority objectives and strategic plan.
Work collaboratively with the branch staff to develop new programs.
Successfully maintain and continue to improve the quality of all programs.
Establish and maintain links with service providers in a range of settings, including other CBOs, schools, and partnerships.
Attend designated meetings, cabinets, training sessions, and special events related to teen programming and YSAM programming.
Act as the liaison to YMCA of Greater New York regarding teen issues and YSAM issues/concerns.
Provide support to the Youth & Director regarding staff management and scheduling.
Manage adolescent behavior with respect, maturity, compassion, and encouragement.
Become a certified trainer in at least one (1) youth area and lead training events.
Create and support an environment that is diverse, culturally sensitive, and relevant to the needs of youth and teens.
Maintain positive rapport with guardians/families of the youth & teens we serve.
Additional responsibilities based on operational needs.
Desired Skills & Experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. College degree in the field of Education or Social Work is desired.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience working with teens/youth and planning activities.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience facilitating youth sports, arts, or movement programming.
One (1)‑two (2) years supervising community‑based youth programs and experience developing programs preferred.
Teen staff must be 21 years of age or older.
Knowledge of the development and administration of youth programs, supervision, and contract management.
General knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of AS400, budgeting, and public policy preferred.
CPR/First Aid, RTE trainer preferred.

Position Overview

This person will work closely with the SVP & Creative Director, and the Head of Brand Creative, playing a key role in how the Jonathan Adler brand shows up in photography, catalogs, product launches, retail/trade environments, and large-scale brand moments.
Key Responsibilities
Photoshoot Styling & Creative Production
Lead styling for seasonal editorial, catalog, and ecommerce shootsbringing Jonathan Adlers Modern American Glamour visual identity to life with clarity and precision.
Production of detailed shot lists and coordination of the shot lists with our NC Photo studio.
Support Ben and Heather in developing creative direction, references, shot lists, and visual narratives for each shoot.
Manage on-set execution: styling, propping, layout continuity, shot flow, and timing.
Collaborate with photographers, stylists, models/talent, and external production partners to ensure brand consistency across all imagery.
Contribute to casting considerations and talent sourcing as needed.
Provide selects guidance, retouching notes, and post-production oversight to maintain high visual standards.
Trade Show & Visual Presentation
Own the design, planning, and creative development of Jonathan Adlers trade show presencefrom concept through execution.
Partner with Ben, Heather, and cross-functional teams to develop layouts, product vignettes, signage, and storytelling moments that feel polished, unexpected, and unmistakably JA.
Support build-outs, installation, and on-site styling during trade shows and special brand events.
Produce CAD drawings, layouts, and renderings to communicate design intent and spatial planning (CAD proficiency strongly preferred).
Creative Development & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Brand Creative, Product Design, Visual Merchandising, and Marketing to bring creative initiatives from concept to completion.
Conduct visual research, build mood boards, and gather references that enrich campaigns, catalogs, and seasonal storytelling.
Maintain a strong grasp of the JA design language and ensure visual consistency across all channels.
Help manage organizational aspects of creative production, such as prop inventory, sample tracking, and shoot logistics.
Assist with special creative projects including window concepts, showroom resets, and experiential brand moments.
Process, Planning & Efficiency
Support budget tracking for shoots and trade show production: estimates, approvals, invoicing, and cost-saving recommendations.
Identify workflow improvements and implement creative production efficiencies across shoots and exhibitions.
Help maintain a positive, solutions-oriented environment that upholds exceptionally high creative standards.
What You Bring
24 yearsexperience in a creative role such as art direction, creative production, styling, spatial design, or visual merchandising.
A portfolio that demonstrates refined taste, visual clarity, and a strong creative point of view.
Proficiency (or working knowledge) in CAD software, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or spatial render programs.
Strong understanding of photography, styling, composition, lighting, and editorial sensibilities.
On-set experience with styling, production, or shoot management is strongly preferred.

Position Summary
Reporting to the Executive Director of Development, Arts & Sciences (ED), the Assistant Director for Donor Relations plays a crucial role in the stewardship efforts of high-level donors to academic departments, institutes, centers and initiatives across the Arts & Sciences through a combination of strategic planning, donor relations and reporting work.
The Assistant Director plays an instrumental role in translating data as well as research and teaching outcomes into inspiring stories of impact in reports and other stewardship communications, ensuring the University is able to deploy gifts in accordance with donor intent, and maximizing donor satisfaction while meeting institutional needs. The position also serves as a resource for, and a collaborative thought partner to, major gift officers as they devise and execute solicitation strategies for individual donors to Arts & Sciences departments, centers and units through the lens of stewardship, and works both independently and in partnership with the ED, gift officers and other partners to ensure donor satisfaction post-commitment.
Responsibilities
* Proactively seeks out opportunities to inform and partner with members of the A&S Development as well as the Central Stewardship teams on donor relations initiatives.
* Assists the ED in developing and fostering a strategic direction for the team's stewardship efforts, including by remaining informed of best practices.
* In partnership with the ED, establishes regular processes for existing stewardship efforts and identifies and generates new stewardship opportunities and initiatives to steward the full range of existing donors, taking into account the University's baselines and best practices. Over time, independently ensures these stewardship efforts are drafted, finalized, approved and deployed on time and to the highest quality.
* Tracks and analyzes the impact of prior stewardship efforts in order to maintain and improve protocols on an ongoing basis.
* Builds and maintains independent relationships with faculty and administrators across academic units in order to gather the data and uses of donor-gifted funds required to independently produce compelling, high-quality, polished stewardship reports and updates that clearly convey donor impact; shares these with donors directly or in collaboration with gift officers while ensuring coordination between the team and academic units.
* Contributes to the planning and execution of high-level donor appreciation events ranging from the intimate, such as tailored experiences for major gift donors, to large scale, such as celebration events for new endowed professorships.
* Independently researches and leverages data to inform projects and strategies, including the use of the full range of capabilities of the new donor database, ensuring that stewardship efforts are tracked in an appropriate and timely manner, and that stewardees' personal preferences are taken into account in any stewardship project.

Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree and/or its equivalent required, including a minimum three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a donor relations or frontline fundraising environment, preferably in higher education, or similarly complex and dynamic environment.
* A strong understanding of the development process, particularly in the cultivation and stewardship of major gifts, is essential.
* Working on evenings and weekends may be required from time to time.
