Serves as the Medical Center's expert of Planning and Architectural Design, leading efforts to ensure that all design and construction projects align with Medical Center standards and best architectural practices. Work with the UMMC Sustainability and UMMC constituents to champion progress on the sustainability initiatives with respect to Capital Plan development and assets. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Enrollment Strategy, Innovation, and Partnerships, the Director will guide strategic, student-engaged entrepreneurship initiatives, foster community and business partnerships, and build transformative programs that empower creatives to move their ideas from the classroom into the marketplace. About RCCE The Ratcliffe Center for Creative Entrepreneurship is a cornerstone of MICA's academic vision. Supported by the Philip E. & Carole R. The ideal candidate is an experienced advertising copywriter or art director who leads by example and knows how to develop concepts that deliver on brand and business strategy. Responsibilities * Serve as a consistent source for creative ideas, conceptual thinking and a champion of our brand throughout the organization * Lead, review and contribute as needed to the creative work of our internal creative teams across all channels * Lead concept development of "off-the-shelf" creative solutions to address lower priority or quick-turn marketing needs efficiently * Help ensure First Horizon's brand identity and voice are consistently applied to all our messages * Work with the Creative Traffic Manager to evaluate team capacities, workflow bottlenecks or resourcing issues * Present creative to the Group Creative Director with a strong articulation of how the work meets business and brand objectives Required skills and qualifications * Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing or advertising * 5+ years as an advertising senior copywriter or senior art director in an agency or corporate setting * Experience in creating integrated content across all marketing channels: digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline, and print * Proven ability to develop successful concepts that connect with audiences, disrupt market conventions and build brand affinity A portfolio showcasing your design work is required for consideration.
