JOB SUMMARY:
The Brand & Creative Services Manager leads BNBuilders' visual brand and oversees the creative team responsible for developing companywide design, photo, and video materials. This role also supports the strategy and development of multi-channel marketing campaigns for the company, in addition to ensuring consistent, accurate, and high-quality brand execution across digital, print, and environmental applications. The position works closely with the Communications Manager and other departments to support internal and external initiatives with cohesive visual storytelling.
SALARY RANGE: $90,000 - $115,000 annually (companywide)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Lead companywide creative production and visual brand standards across all media.
* Supports companywide and regional marketing campaign strategy and implementation.
* Manage and mentor the creative team, setting priorities, reviewing work, and supporting professional development.
* Maintain and evolve brand systems, templates, guidelines, and asset libraries.
* Review and approve design, photography, and video deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
* Partner with the Communications Manager to align visual and written content for major campaigns and announcements across regions and jobsites.
* Provide creative direction for marketing, recruiting, safety, operations, culture, and corporate initiatives.
* Oversee creative vendors, including photographers, videographers, printers, and freelance designers; manage related budgets and schedules.
* Collaborate with the Digital Asset Management Specialist to maintain organized and accessible creative archives.
* Develop and deliver brand training, tools, and support for regional staff and internal contributors.
* Monitor design trends and introduce process and tool improvements that enhance team efficiency and output.
* Enforce and track creative performance metrics and brand adoption across offices and jobsites.
* Report creative team workload, priorities, and progress to the Brand & Communications Director.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* 7+ years of experience in creative direction, design management, or brand leadership.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, digital and print design, and visual storytelling.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and asset management systems.
* Experience managing creative staff, vendors, and project budgets.
* Strong collaboration and communication skills with experience supporting cross-department stakeholders.
* Background in AEC or professional services preferred.

Summary of Role
We're seeking an experienced multimedia professional to join our Communications team in a new leadership role that balances hands-on content creation with high-level strategy, brand stewardship, and people and process management. This role will help continually drive foundry10's visual storytelling forward by overseeing and directly contributing to content production across multiple formats, including videos (short- and long-form), photography, presentations, graphics, reports, and print collateral.
The Visual Content Lead will be responsible for ensuring outputs are not only brand-aligned and high-quality but also demonstrably support organizational strategic priorities and deliver impact. As part of that responsibility, they will be instrumental in shaping and executing visual content strategies at the team and organization level.
This position will collaborate with and provide coaching to staff members across the Communications team and foundry10 as a whole, including two direct reports: a Multimedia Specialist and Graphic Designer. In addition to leading and mentoring, they will personally contribute to content creation for priority projects, including capturing original video footage and photography, directing shoots, editing and publishing visual media for digital and print channels, developing presentation slides, preparing scripts/storyboards, and occasionally executing graphic design and layout tasks. They will also work closely with our Multimedia Project Manager and Communications Coordinator to manage project timelines, budgets, and equipment, and coordinate on additional media capture support beyond their direct reports.
The ideal candidate will thrive with a “player-coach” leadership style, managing their own workload while supporting the growth and productivity of collaborators. They will have a proven ability to execute storytelling strategies and turn complex ideas into clear, persuasive visual content to meet audience engagement goals, including exceptional experience with all phases of the video production process. Requirements
Education and Experience
Undergraduate degree in communications, multimedia, film/video production, graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
5-8+ years producing, editing, and directing video content and capturing original photography, including scripting, storyboarding, lighting, and managing shoots.
3-5+ years developing and implementing data-driven content strategies that measurably advance organizational priorities.
3-5+ years managing and mentoring creative professionals.
3-5+ years designing presentation decks, graphics, reports, and other visual assets using professional tools.

VML is seeking an Associate Creative Director (Copy) who lives at the intersection of storytelling, brand voice and performance-driven creative. In this role, you'll elevate how we communicate across every touchpoint-from product launches and brand campaigns to social, retail and in-app experiences. You'll shape the voice of a fast-growing fitness and lifestyle brand, inspiring customers to move, perform and feel their best.
What you'll do:
* Big idea thinking | Divergent thinking that leads to the creation of unique experiences across all existing and new channels that drives conversion and brand love.
* Manage | Ensure all creative work aligns with brand standards, meets performance goals and resonates with diverse fitness and lifestyle audiences.
* Concept | Lead concepting and copy direction for integrated campaigns, seasonal launches and brand moments across digital, retail and social channels.
* Create | Develop and evolve a strong, consistent brand voice rooted in movement, motivation and modern style.
* Craft | Write high-impact copy-including campaign language, product storytelling, emails, landing pages, video scripts, social content and in-store messaging.
* Client Facing | Regularly connects with the clients to create a partnership building trust in our thought leadership and ideas.
* Collaborate | Collaborate with creative leads, artdirectors, strategists, producers and social managers to bring ideas to life.
What you'll need:
* Minimum 7 years of experience in a creative advertising agency.
* A portfolio that shows strong conceptual thinking, a sharp voice and versatility across digital, social, traditional and everything in between.
* Strong knowledge across multichannel retail and how storytelling shows up in e-commerce, social, email and in-store environments.
* Ability to handle a high-volume environment with rapid turnaround times and manage multiple tasks and project details.
* Practiced time management skills and a strong work ethic.
* Obsessed with culture, lifestyle, brand devotion, trends and the ever-evolving social landscape.
* Passionate about movement, wellness and the cultural conversations shaping today's fitness and athleisure landscape.
* Retail, activewear, fashion or lifestyle brand experience a plus.

Collaborate across disciplines-including strategy, influencer, account, and production-to bring ideas to life from concept through execution.
Present creative work to clients with clarity and vision, owning the visual expression of big ideas.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while mentoring junior designers and ensuring design excellence throughout.
Oversee production processes with internal teams and external vendors to deliver on time, on brief, and on budget.
Basic Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in advertising, design, or digital content creation, with a strong focus on social and video platforms.

An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
