ArsenalBio's mission is to develop efficacious and safe cellular therapies for patients with chronic diseases, initially cancer. Our products are being designed to herald the transition of adoptive cell therapy from a hospital based treatment to outpatient therapy, like most other cancer treatments.

ArsenalBio is seeking a talented and motivated Cell Therapy Specialist to join the ArsenalBio Technical Operations team supporting cell therapy manufacturing activities. The individual will work closely with Manufacturing, Process Development, Quality and other support roles. The position will report into the director of Manufacturing in supporting day to day manufacturing processes. The individual will also interact cross-functionally across the organization to enable the success of ArsenalBio.

What You Will Do:Perform all tasks associated with the GMP manufacturing of cellular productsfollowing batch records, tech transfer protocols, validation protocols and SOPs.Assist in setting up manufacturing areas and equipment/fixtures.Work as part of a small team to execute GMP runs in close collaboration with Process Development, MSAT and QualityExcellent aseptic/sterile techniques and prior experience with cell therapy

What You Will Bring:Bachelor's degree in relevant scientific field. 0-2 years of experience in biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry in a manufacturing role Experience in clinical scale cell processing (such as Miltenyi CliniMACS/Prodigy and equivalent platforms) desired Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to quickly learn new skills and knowledge on the job, demonstrate productivity,and deliver high-quality results Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills Ability to multitask as needed in a start-up environment

We are looking to add a *Fine Art Specialist* to our expanding Art and Design Research team. As a Fine Art Specialist you will have the opportunity to leverage your knowledge of the art market and industry trends to support the expansion of our growing art category. *What you'll do*

* Consult on the supply strategy for 1stDibs' rapidly growing art vertical
* Use market expertise to strategize new areas of potential lead sourcing and for fine art vertical.
* Review all potential sellers interested in joining 1stDibs using your industry expertise, knowledge of seller reputation, and market trends, as well as internally generated leads for Business Development to contact.
* Author and review seller guidelines to ensure marketplace quality standards are maintained
* Develop a deep understanding and familiarity of the art supply, including consistent and ongoing review of sellers to ensure high marketplace standards are met
* Provide buyer assistance on post-sale questions and concerns while reviewing pieces to mitigate risk on high value transactions
* Be an educational resource by presenting on topics related to your area of expertise
* Work with the Manager of team on strategic and risk-based approaches to reviews and inventory guidelines for the art category
* Advise and be a cross-functional partner on greater company initiatives, including but not limited to, product development, seller onboarding, marketing and merchandising campaigns, as well as providing insights and data for press requests
* Field and advise, as a public facing-presence, on questions from trade and VIP client sales team, seller community, and buyers, including by providing sourcing support to our internal sales teams for high potential clientele
* Research, develop, and present weekly, monthly, and as needed trends reporting for internal cross-functional groups, including but not limited to, weekly expert's picks, monthly industry trends reports, insights to industry as needed for special projects, and others.
* Develop a network of external experts in the field to cover internal expertise gaps

*Who you are*

* You have a bachelor's Degree in Art History or equivalent specialized studies/Master's Degree preferred.
* You have 3-5 years of professional experience working in the fine art sector
* You have in-depth knowledge of best practices for cataloging art as well as trends and current practices of the art industry as a whole, including a need to have your finger on the pulse of market happenings

We are searching for an Art Therapist for our new Intensive Outpatient Program -- someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will implement and provide Art Therapy to help meet the emotional, developmental, and social needs of children in a health care setting. The Art Therapist also provides opportunities for children to gain a sense of mastery, offering learning experiences, and encouraging family and peer interaction.

Responsibilities

* Conducts formal and informal developmental assessments of psychosocial needs of patients and families for inpatients as evidenced by documentation in the medical record
* Assesses coping styles of patient and families during introduction of service to develop therapeutic plan of care that incorporates patient and family needs, interests and abilities
* Provides interventions that increase emotional support to patients and families during identified stress points in order to facilitate adaptive coping
* Plans and implements developmentally appropriate interventions according to the therapeutic plan developed to meet specific patient care goals
* Provides at least one programming in service regarding arts therapy and its benefits to an interdisciplinary team yearly
* Communicates the benefits of arts therapy to the health care team, as evidenced by participation in interdisciplinary rounds, unit based projects, and/or daily report
* Reviews Arts Therapy program yearly with leader to determine process or program improvements
* Participates in the development and education of creative arts therapy programming by sitting on departmental committee and/or task force

Qualifications

Being fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including any booster dose(s) of the COVID-19 vaccine recommended by the Centers for Disease Control when eligible, is required for all employees at Texas Children's, unless approved for a medical or religious exemption

* Master's degree required
* ATR-BC certification from the Art Therapy Credentials Board required
* 2 years of Art Therapy experience
* Previous employment in health care, a health care specialization in schooling or a field work practicum in health care preferred
