ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Operate the building automation system to maintain a comfortable environment in the hospital.
• Maintain equipment as assigned.
• Accomplish service requests as assigned.
• Perform minor electrical work, boiler water analyses water treatment for safe operation.
• Perform plant readings, water analyses and treatment, and respond to equipment casualties.
• Maintain records as required by regulations and policy.
