Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Implements supplier strategies & allocations in collaboration with NPD Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality to ensure Arthrex requirements for quality, continuity of supply, and cost are met. * Collaborates with all Arthrex divisions to optimize use of the supplier base. * Manages critical meetings with suppliers on key strategic projects and issues. * Directs the historical consumption analysis and the maintenance of the NAM region ACT product Demand Plan (forecast). * Supports continual improvement of the S&OP process for the global ACT product Demand Plan. * Responsible for developing, approving and enforcing all applicable policies and procedures. * Manages critical Engineering change requests and determines disposition of inventory. * Collaborates with NPD SC to transition products and components to Sustaining SC for production after design transfer. * Manages Material Master administration including planning parameters/modifiers to ensure appropriate inventory levels are achieved and maintained. * Serves as Operations liaison/expert for ERP and PLM system use and enhancement projects. * Manages the sustaining SC Buyer Planner team. Education and Experience: * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required. * 15+ years business experience in Purchasing and Manufacturing required. * 5+ years' experience in ISO 13485 medical device, or similar regulated environment required. * Direct ERP system implementation experience preferred. * Direct SAP ERP system experience required. * Direct PLM system implementation experience preferred. * DMS experience in a QMS environment preferred. * BOM structuring and configuration management experience required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Operates a variety of hand-operated tools and electronic equipment to repair product specified on work orders using standard work instructions and inspection procedures. * Performs incoming evaluations and identify failure mode of returned product using a variety of factors. * May support daily product testing by performing FCO (Final Checkout), FCL (Final Check List) and other automated or manual electrical tests. * Tests products using a variety of tools which may include computer programs, Digital Multi Meters, Oscilloscopes, light measurement equipment, digital and analog electrical test equipment. * Record test results and findings into forms or database applications. * Responsible for accessing and following packaging instructions and work instructions from PLM and Document management systems based on product structure requirements. * ERP and Complaints database experience preferred. * Prepares, issues, and kits materials based upon the Repair Work Order Pick List requirements according to work instructions and departmental guidelines. * Performs inspection of work completed and documentation to assure correct specifications and functional criteria have been met. * Performs daily cleaning of the work area and initiates "Area Clearance" to maintain material traceability at the workstation. * Performs or initiates required Preventive Maintenance schedules on the equipment and tooling within the repair department. * Support department with internal/external audits and non-conformances (NCRs) * Ensures all departmental procedures and Good Document Practices (GDP) are followed. * Provides department management with input for new products, processes, procedures, and fixture development. * Ability to work on multiple process steps or lines adjusting and reprioritizing work as necessary. * Must accurately transact Service work order data into ERP. * Participate in required company training activities related to products and processes supporting medical device manufacturing. * Maintain and follow electrostatic discharge (ESD) work environment procedures. Knowledge: * Demonstrates limited knowledge of industry practices and standards. Reasoning Ability: * Solves routine problems of limited scope and complexity following established policies and procedures. Discretion/Latitude: * Work is performed under very general supervision. Follows specific, detailed instructions. Skills/Abilities: * Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Teams, Outlook) preferred. * Basic knowledge of visual inspection, part handling, component assembly, and barcode scanning. * Basic ability to test, disassemble and repair returned products. * Navigates SAP, Agile and Documentum systems with assistance. * Basic CNC and bead blasting skills preferred. * Solving simple math equations and the ability to perform tasks through verbal communication. * Adopt an environment of continuous improvement to develop more robust procedures and improvements within existing processes to produce cost effective quality products * Good manual dexterity to assemble electro-mechanical assemblies. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. Here, a commitment to customer service and quality is expected. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and will perform as a plasma donor screener and perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations. How you will contribute: · You will greet donors as they enter and exit the donor floor. · You will perform venipuncture of donors and programming of plasmapheresis machine. · You will monitor donors during the donation process and manage donor reactions. · You will perform all tasks required for the setup, verification, operation, and troubleshooting of plasmapheresis equipment within scope of training. · You will install, prime, and disconnect disposable sets on the plasmapheresis machines · You will stock supplies, break down empty cartons and assist with proper disposal. · You will take and record donor pulse, blood pressure, and temperature measures and monitor electronic donor questionnaire system. · You will perform finger sticks, test sample, and record other donor measures to include hematocrit, total protein, and weight. · You will enter donor information into the Donor Information System (DIS). · You will coordinate donors to donor floor and compensate donors using the Debit Card system. · You will support the center management team in identifying operational opportunities for continuous improvement, initiating changes to center processes through use of company approved procedures including 5S, Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen.
