She joined Teleflex in April 2018, bringing more than 15 years of experience in Corporate Compliance to her role.

Prior to joining Teleflex, Gwen served as the Chief Compliance Officer for Molnlycke Health Care, a global medical device company specializing in wound care and surgical devices. Preceding Molnlycke, Gwen served as the Executive Director, Global Compliance and Integrity (Surgical Division) for Alcon Laboratories, and as the Chief Compliance Officer, Sr. VP for ArthroCare Corporation. In each of these roles she was globally responsible for management and execution of the Corporate Compliance Program. Gwen also worked as a senior associate in the Dallas health care section of Fulbright Norton Rose where she advised clients on compliance matters related to FDA regulatory issues, federal Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, UK Bribery Act, clinical research and product development, consultant and vendor relationships, HCP consultant and distributor relationships, product marketing and promotion, and HCP education and training activities.

Gwen received her undergraduate degree in English and Psychology from Texas A&M University and earned her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Houston Law Center.

She is based in Wayne, PA, USA.
