THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES COMMUNITY BASED PSYCHIATRIC REHABILITATION SERVICES TO SERIOUSLY AND PERSISTENTLY MENTALLY ILL ADULTS. THIS INCLUDES INDIVIDUALS WITH SCHIZOPHRENIA, SERIOUS DEPRESSION, BIPOLAR (MANIC DEPRESSIVE ILLNESS), PANIC, ANXIETY, POST-TRAUMATIC STRESS, SEVERE PHOBIAS AND BORDERLINE PERSONALITY DISORDER. OUR SERVICES INCLUDE COMMUNITY SUPPORT (PROVIDED BY A COMMUNITY SUPPORT WORKER), ACTIVITIES (EDUCATIONAL AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES), AND MEDICATION SERVICES (PSYCHIATRISTS WORK WITH THE COMMUNITY SUPPORT WORKER TO PROVIDE THE BEST CARE). WE PROVIDE SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT SERVICES TO ASSIST PEOPLE WITH A MENTAL ILLNESS OR DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITY IN RETURNING TO THE WORKFORCE WHICH INCLUDES FINDING A JOB SUITABLE FOR THE INDIVIDUAL, JOB COACHING AND SUPPORT.
