A qualified Dishwashers will possess a minimum of 6 months dish experience in a high volume restaurant, a relentlessly hard worker, can follow specific direction, a self-starter, neat-freak tendencies and the ambition to move into learning other elements in the kitchen. This Culinarian will be expected to live and respect our culture of soulful cuisine.
A flexible schedule is preferred dinner hours will be required and lunch hours are a bonus. Most of all we are looking for hard working individuals who are passionate about the industry and are looking for the opportunity to grow in the kitchen. A qualified Busser/Runner Candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year bussing and running experience in a high volume upscale environment. We expect this position to engage with the Guest with the same ease and comfort level as our servers. Feeling comfortable pointing out the intricacies of food when delivered to a table will be required. Candidates for all positions will possess humility, respect and integrity.
A flexible dinner time availability is required. Most of all we are looking for individuals passionate about hospitality and relationship building. **What Is the Opportunity?**
National Accounts provides casualty solutions for clients with significant risk with coverages such as Workers' Compensation, General and Product Liability, as well as Commercial Automobile Liability. The Account Executive Officer (AEO), National Accounts will partner with agents, brokers, and customers to provide guaranteed cost and loss sensitive coverage for new and renewal business based on customers' needs. This role is seen as a technical resource. As an AEO, you are decisive, detail-oriented, and know how to build relationships internally and externally to drive results. **What Will You Do?**

+ Complete challenging and meaningful project work over the course of this program at the discretion of your manager. + Provide quality customer service and ensure file quality, timely coverage analysis and communication with insured based on application of policy information to facts or allegations of each case.
+ Directly investigate each claim through prompt and strategically-appropriate contact with appropriate parties such as policyholders, accounts, claimants, law enforcement agencies, witnesses, agents, medical providers and technical experts to determine the extent of liability, damages, and contribution potential.
+ Interview witnesses and stakeholders; take necessary statements, as strategically appropriate.
+ Complete outside investigation as needed per case specifics.
+ Actively engage in the identification, selection and direction of appropriate internal and/or external resources for specific activities required to effectively evaluate claims, such as Subrogation, Risk Control, nurse consultants nurse consultants, and fire or fraud investigators, and other experts.
+ Verify the nature and extent of injury or property damage by obtaining and reviewing appropriate records and damages documentation.

+ Actively and enthusiastically mentor/train less experienced cargo claim professionals.

+ Consult with Manager on use of Claim Coverage Counsel as needed.
