Nothing, it went from good to a complete shit storm in 3 years

Cons of working at Gallagher

OVERWORKED and SERIOUSLY UNDERPAID! They are too busy kissing up to family members and friends to recognize true talent. They will work the shit out of you, while there family members and friends do nothing with huge salaries.

Gallagher benefits

There are NO perks or benefits for working for this company. Don't waste your time or talent. They hire a lot of college grads so they can pay them pennies on the dollar.

People I work with that are left from our old company (we were bought by AJG).

No pay increase in 6 years (not even COLA). Substandard benefits/time off.
