Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr Global HRIS Solution Specialist (Absence & Time) to join our team. Reporting to the Global HRIS Leader, this role will be instrumental in developing adoption strategies, business concepts, and scalable technical capabilities to deliver and optimize solutions in Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management, and Time & Labor. The successful candidate will play a critical role in expanding the effective implementation of the Absence and Time projects globally.
You will be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and supporting the Absence Management and Time & Labor modules within Oracle HCM Cloud. The ideal candidate will combine strong functional knowledge with hands-on configuration skills and the ability to translate complex leave and time policies into system logic.
This position can be entirely virtual/remote/work from home and you can sit anywhere in the US or Canada.
How you'll make an impact
* Lead the end-to-end design and configuration of Absence and Time & Labor modules globally by acting as a subject matter expert.
* Develop and implement strategies to promote the adoption of Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management, and Time & Labor solutions globally.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement compliant, scalable solutions.
* Configure absence plans, eligibility profiles, accrual rules, and carryover/expiration logic.
* Setup time entry profiles, time calculation rules, and processing profiles.
* Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for custom absence or timekeeping logic.
* Perform functional testing, coordinate UAT, and support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates.
* Conduct training sessions and workshops as needed for end-users to maximize the utilization of Time & Labor, and Absence Management features.
* Work closely with the integration team to build/maintain the related integrations.
About you
* Proven experience in Oracle HCM Cloud and having multiple project implementation experience in Absence Management and Time & Labor modules.
* 5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience with focus on Absence and Time and Labor.
* Demonstrated experience in designing and configuring absence and time policies in a global enterprise environment.
* Experience in personalizing the Redwood pages using VBCS.
* Strong experience in handling various key concepts i.e. Fast formulas, Eligibility Profiles, HDL, HSDL and HCM Extracts
* Working experience in developing reports using BI Publisher & OTBI.
* Strong understanding of compliance with labor laws related to leave and timekeeping (e.g., FMLA, sick leave mandates).
* Working Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits is a plus.
* Certifications in Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management and Time & Labor.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.

How you'll make an impact
Acting as an onsite safety liaison with primary focus in construction and fire safety, incumbent(s) will conduct job site inspections to monitor conformance with constructions and fire safety standards and coordinate with the project management team to help improve safety on the jobsite. Inspects site to determine if conditions meet the required Federal, state and local standards and documents any unsafe conditions. Provides comprehensive accident investigations that include interview, photographs and written report. Security Architecture Coordinator
The Security Architecture Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of security architecture cross divisional reviews and GCIS project status reporting for the GCIS Security Architecture team.
This position reports to the GCIS Security Architecture Director and will be accountable and working closely with the M&A and Framework Security Architects.

* Provide periodic metric reporting to security architecture and engineering leadership with status of security architecture deliverables for current GCIS projects.
* Coordinate communication and provide updates to security architecture and engineering team members as requested on team collaboration calls.
* Identify bandwidth or situational issues with in flight security architecture deliverable completion and pro-actively work with team members and security architecture leadership to resolve.
* Perform any other security architecture tracking or reporting deliverables as requested by security architecture leader.
* Effectively and proactively collaborate with security architecture and engineering team members to create open, cohesive, productive relationships taking personal responsibility for results.

* Holistically manage the process and inventory for cross divisional security architecture reviews.
* Monitor security architecture mailbox for submission of reviews.
* Review submissions for completeness and work with requestors to obtain complete comprehensive review material.
* Schedule reviews for requestors on Teams site for office hour calls.
* Determine when separate review calls are needed and work with security architecture director to schedule the calls.
* Attend all review calls, take notes on the solutions being presented, complete and distribute the review checklist with the controls.
* Keep the review inventory updated on the Sharepoint site. Field questions and resolve any inaccuracies or challenges from requestors regarding inventory.
* Provide periodic metric reporting to security architecture and engineering leadership with status of security architecture cross divisional reviews.
* Keep all templates updated and available to requestors.
* Make suggestions and pro-actively address positive improvements to the process to security architecture director for consideration and implementation.
* Take full ownership and responsibility for the cross divisional security architecture review process, artifacts and reporting.

Position Summary:
DLP Security Architect will serve as a key technical resource in Global Cyber and Information Security (GCIS) organization. This role will be responsible for further developing and maturing the DLP security architecture approach. Working with internal and external resources to recommend data governance, category and labelling standards. The role will keep current on DLP best practices and provide direction for DLP technical specifications for security and technology initiatives. This role will work closely with other Information Security colleagues, IT & Infrastructure organization, and Business teams globally to provide DLP security architecture guidance and recommendations. The incumbent will take a leadership role and influence DLP security architecture by example and clearly articulating objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and create DLP Security architectural policy standards, governance artifacts, labelling design patterns and technical specification control documents for the enterprise.
* Assess, monitor and recommend DLP suite improvements and best practices for the current state global security architecture to improve security posture, mitigate risks and balance costs.
* Work closely with enterprise architecture and security engineering team member(s) to ensure Purview suite of products are securely configured and fully aligned with the M365 enterprise product suite.
* Provide roadmap and recommendations for strategic and tactical DLP toolset.
* Oversee and consult with project teams in business units to ensure requirements, policy implementation and toolset adhere to DLP security design patterns and best practices.
* Design, collaborate and provide DLP security architecture recommendations for data in all states that will balance business requirements with information security requirements for internal and vendor solutions.
* Proactively identify technical and architectural risks for current or proposed state, commenting and/or providing DLP suite alternatives for consideration that will improve on capabilities. Champion and present recommendations to obtain approval to implement DLP controls.
* Participate in security technology evaluations, proof of concept testing and provide in-depth analysis of the proposed solution to provide DLP security architecture risk assessments.
* Collaborate and partner with key security stakeholders in the SOC and Compliance areas to develop policies and SOPs to define, respond and report on DLP capabilities and incidents in the most effective and efficient manner.
* Provide DLP governance recommendations that scale and are flexible to enable continuous improvement, adhere to industry standard regulatory, geographical and internal business policies and standards.
* Provide feedback as requested to support DLP risk mitigation and governance and OCMactivities.
* Enable architectural leadership within engaged and assigned forums and projects, acting as a guide by example for collaboration, thought leadership and expertise in DLP security architecture.
About You
Required:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
* Minimum 5+ years working with DLP, specifically Microsoft Purview suite of products
* Minimum 3+ years of cybersecurity experience
* Minimum 1+ years of experience reviewing detailed DLP solutions, providing architecture feedback to the application and infrastructure teams
* Experienced with reviewing and developing DLP solution enabled models
* 1+ years of experience working with AZURE DLP cloud solutions
* Strong knowledge and experience implanting DLP capabilities in M354 Purview enabled environment
* Hands on experience working with all security settings in DLP environment to enable capabilities on endpoints, cloud and email environments
* Demonstrated working experience in a regulated and globally distributed environment
* Knowledge and experience in enterprise architecture frameworks such as; TOGAF.

Risk Placement Services (RPS) is seeking a skilled and motivated Personal Lines Underwriter/Broker. This remote position requires a dynamic individual with strong analytical and decision-making skills to manage a busy desk effectively.. * Location: Fully remote
How you'll make an impact
* Independently conducts detailed analysis vital to investigating claims exposure and recommend appropriate settlement strategies and action plans.
* Create reservation of rights, coverage denial letters, negotiate and resolve settlements directly with involved parties.
* Interact extensively with various parties involved in the claims process, and may recommend retaining the advice of outside specialists.
* Handle claims consistent with clients' and corporate policies, procedures in accordance with any statutory, regulatory and ethical requirements within specialized niche/industry.
* Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently and in a manner which supports the outcome of the claim file.
* Coach, mentor and may supervise lower level adjusters.
About You
Potential candidates should have the following:
* Claims Background: General Liability and Litigation
* Jurisdictional Experience: Nationwide
* Active Adjusters' licenses: Any (TX, FL, NY, HI and RI a plus) (Must acquire within specified timeframe)
As a key member of our Claims Adjuster team, you will:
* Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex claims, applying your claims experience and analytical skills to make informed decisions and bring claims to resolution.
* Work in partnership with our clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims management process
* Think critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritize activities to optimally serve clients
Required Qualifications:
* High school diploma
* 10 or more years related claims experience and proven track record to handle complex claims issues at a senior adjuster level
* Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled
* Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
* Computer experience with related claims and business software
Desired Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree
