Expect hands-on work and plenty of variety. Your daily adventures may include: * Represent lending and servicing clients in foreclosure, title curative and litigation matters * Learning and managing the specialized mobile home foreclosure process * Researching laws and regulations, preparing pleadings, and managing case strategy * Appearing at hearings, taking depositions, and assisting in trial preparation * Communicating directly with clients and internal leadership * Work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while meeting firm and client deadlines *Requirements* * Active membership in the State Bar of California * Ideally 3+ years of experience in the mortgage default industry * Familiarity with real property title issues * Background in litigating real property matters * Willingness to learn niche mobile home foreclosure procedures *Skills & Abilities* * Strong research and writing skills * Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, and Adobe * Experience with legal systems including PACER and Lexis * Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal * Ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment * Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable * Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to escalate issues appropriately * Reliable, professional, and team-oriented work style Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
