Overview
As the Client Manager you will ensure delivery of exceptional service to Gallagher's clients by actively managing client accounts. You will participate in branch initiatives and we will rely on your leadership skills to help guide our Client Service associates and create a learning environment. You apply your business insight and strong dedication to service to create depth in our client relationships. We will look to you to develop and cultivate outstanding relationships within our branch and with our clients and vendor partners.

* You are the strategic relationship manager and client liaison
* You will lead increasingly complex self-funded accounts while collaborating with senior teammates
* You seek to recognize a client's day to day needs and provide solutions while continuing to manage their annual strategy
* Share market expertise with clients and keep them well-informed of compliance related issues
* You will "cross-solve" with your clients to communicate resources available within Gallagher that we may not currently provide (Pharmacy Practice, Retirement Services, HR Consulting, Voluntary Benefits, etc.)
* You champion Gallagher resources and tools to maximize efficiency in managing client deliverables
* Support the employee benefits Client Service Cycle to ensure a seamless renewal process. We measure success based on retention and our renewal target is 95%.
* Guide, develop, and mentor new hires, account management, and team resources

About You
Required: Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience. Producer's License. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Life & Health License is required
Preferred: Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships. Solid financial acumen.

Plan, prepare and provide research-based therapy interventions according to the student's current schedule of services.
Provide services in an inclusive setting, when appropriate, and coordinate intervention with general education staff.
Keep meaningful and accurate data for each session with every student on assigned caseload.
Provide consultation to campus RTI committee.
Function as a consultant in speech and language to parents and staff as required.
Participate in staffings of students served when requested.
Participate with district in-services, parent training, and public awareness presentations regarding communication with a variety of needs.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of evaluations, ARD meetings, and related activities.
Complete progress notes according to the district schedule for every student on assigned caseload by the designated due date utilizing relevant data and reporting objective information.
Monitor student audit folders, including filling all required paperwork, in a timely manner.
Supervise licensed assistants in speech-language pathology, Clinical Fellowship Year intern, students, and mentor fellow speech-language pathologists SLPs as assigned.
Follow billing and reimbursement procedures for Medicaid and other needed documentation such as time studies.
Complete required district caseload studies, logs, and Childhood Outcome Summaries by requested due dates.
Attend monthly campus speech-language pathologists meetings and all required training.
Use technology to organize information, schedule meetings and/or staffing's, develop and maintain ARD documentation and produce written materials.
Develop and maintain knowledge and skills by engaging in professional development activities.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide in-person support at a specialized school in Philadelphia, PA. This position is for maternity leave coverage through June 18, with potential Extended School Year (ESY) opportunities from July 7 - August 2.
Position Details:
Role: SLP or SLPA (School-Based)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:15 PM
ESY (if extended): Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 2:15 PM
Student Population: Students with unique communication needs in a specialized learning environment
Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech-language therapy services
Collaborate with teachers and support staff to enhance student communication skills
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs
Maintain accurate progress documentation and reports in compliance with school and state regulations
Qualifications:
SLP: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP certification, and state licensure
SLPA: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders, plus state licensure
Experience in a school-based or specialized setting preferred
Knowledge of AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) is a plus
