How you'll make an impact
Primarily focused on increasing sales for agency. Responsible for selling company products/services through resellers/channels in assigned territory. Represents the company in all activities associated with reseller/channel support. Maintains healthy relationships with customers and ensure Complete Customer Satisfaction. Creates campaigns for agency to drive revenue and coordinate customer appreciations. Ensures: Cold Calls are being done on applications generated from events, all Renewal Quotes are made and all Quotes are followed up, and that Grassroots Marketing is done on a daily basis. Monitors daily marketing activities by establishing and maintaining business relationships. Attends sales trainings as needed. Responsible for developing sales reports as needed.
About You
Required: High School diploma or equivalent; Minimum 1 year sales experience. Employment is contingent upon getting the P&C license within a 60-day period. Excellent communication skills both oral and written. Computer Proficiency.
Preferred: Excellent bilingual communications skills in English and Spanish.

What You Will Do

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Cash Processing/Funds Transfer II to join our Payments Enablement Platform Operations team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Monitor client payments, daily cash and wire transactions, and vet incoming transactions by matching fund and transaction receipts.
Use systemic data to highlight, prioritize & implement to reduce manual touch points and find efficiencies in our processes
Lead initiatives within the to improve our Service Delivery group to develop processes & improve our client service.
Handle client escalations/Issues to manage expectations and resolve issues in a timely manner
Work with management to co-ordinate, upskill and determine resourcing requirements to ensure group is working as efficiently as possible
Prioritize own daily workload along side project work to ensure we manage client's expectations but also improve our responses/automation
Utilize & demonstrate the skills to use available digital tools & AI to enhance the user experience for our processes
Ensure procedures associated with monitoring client fund transfers are followed.
Facilitate the booking of all foreign currency trades with trading desks and confirm all outgoing wire transactions are settled by the receiving institutions.
Provide higher level support for transactions flagged by the system and escalate to management if a solution is not found.
Act as point of contact for clients and wire recipients, addressing inquiries and concerns about the transfer process.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
Experience in financial services operations preferred.
Ability to contribute to the achievement of team objectives.
No direct reports but may provide guidance to less experienced team members; may have people management responsibilities in some geographies.

Overview
Provides medical management to workers compensation injured employees, performing case management through telephonic and in-person contact with injured workers and medical providers. Coordinates with employers and claims professionals to manage medical care in order to return injured employee to work. This position will cover the Santa Ana territory with a travel radius of up to 2 hours.
How you'll make an impact
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinating medical evaluation and treatment
* Meeting with physician and injured worker to collaborate on treatment plan and to discuss goals for return to work
* Keeping employer and referral source updated regarding medical treatment and work status
* Coordinating ancillary services, e.g. home health, durable medical equipment, and physical therapy. Communicates with employers to determine job requirements and to explore modified or alternate employment.
* Discusses and evaluates results of treatment plan with physician and injured worker using Evidence Based Guidelines to ensure effective outcome.
* Documents case management observations, assessment, and plan.
* Generates reports for referral source to communicate case status and recommendations.
* Generates ongoing correspondence to referral source, employer, medical providers, injured worker, and other participants involved in the injured worker's treatment plan.
* May participate in telephonic case conferences.
* Maintains a minimum caseload of 35 files, and 150 monthly billable hours, with minimum 95% quality compliance.
About You
Required
* Nursing or medical degree from an accredited institution with an active Registered Nursing license or medical license within the state of practice or states in which case management is performed.
* 2-4 years of work experience.
* Responsible for completing required and applicable training, in order to maintain proficiency and licensing requirements.
* Able to travel to appointments within approximately a 2 hour radius.
* Intermediate to advanced computer skills; Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.
Desired:
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Worker's Compensation experience is preferred.
* Certification in related field preferred.
* 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred.
