Main Duties: Sales: Strive to achieves event sales goals, and sales per hour target. Create brand awareness through the sharing and demonstration of your product knowledge. Team Work: Demonstrate a positive ad cooperative approach towards your work and your colleagues Assist and maintain an atmosphere of open and positive communication, professionalism ad creativity at all times. Operations: Ensure the counter/gondola is “customer ready” from open to close of business Maintain excellent counter hygiene standards. Clean display units, tools and testers throughout the day. Assist with maintaining the required inventory levels to include stock counts, rotation, timely replenishment. Assist with visual merchandising, new launch displays, and collateral placement through communication with Sales and Artistry Executive. Assist in the execution of events Maintain consistent communication with Brand field team regarding any counter/gondola needs or concerns. Able and willing to execute makeup and hair styles for all demographics of students 2. Ensure makeup and/or hair is picture perfect before and during the student's session 3. Help maintain hygienic practices with makeup tools, makeup, and dressing areas Additional Responsibilities 6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, establishing trust and rapport through genuine interactions 7. Assisting with check ins, check outs, and dressing on an as needed basis 8. Collaborate with team members to uphold a supportive and cooperative work environment, contributing to a positive work team culture Job Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age High School diploma or equivalent Must pass a satisfactory background check Professional experience preferred, but not required Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors Able to be stationary for extended periods Able to walk/move inside or outside for more than 6 consecutive hours Able to verbally communicate with customers and team members Significant noise and other potential sensory stimulants (i.e., busy retail environment with camera flashes, music, and sometimes crowded area) Able to move up to 20 lbs
