Opportunity for career growth and advancement to Lash Extension Senior Stylist, Lash Extension Master Stylist, and Corporate Trainer with increased revenue and commission. Our front desk schedules all appointments, books the leads, handles marketing for the salon and checks our guests in and out so you can remain focused on the services. COMPENSATION : Competitive hourly wage plus tips during the certification training process. Generous commission plan on all ancillary services, eyelash extension services, retail cosmetic products, membership sales, and add-on services. Potential for bonuses for monthly/quarterly sales goals Once certified through our corporate training: Pay may range from $35,000 to $70,000 per year. $250.00 sign-on bonus after corporate certification.
