Lillie Hinkelman received her Master in Social Work from East Carolina University. She has more than 16 years of experience in the field of mental health and substance use disorder treatment, including inpatient, outpatient and residential treatment, with a wide variety of populations including children, adolescents, adults and geriatrics. Before moving to Maryland from Texas, Ms. Hinkelman was President and owner of Advanced Psych Solutions, Inc., a private practice outpatient clinic focused on mood disorders, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress, psychotic disorders and substance use disorders. She has also served as Director of Clinical Services at Glen Oaks Psychiatric Hospital in Texas and Lead Care Manager of Deployment Support Social Work at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital, where she developed a new healthcare program mandated by the Army Surgeon General to provide direct and indirect services to Active Duty, Reserve and National Guard Soldiers and their families. As Director of Outpatient Services/Psychotherapist at NCED Mental Health Center Lillie coordinated the substance use intensive outpatients programs for youth and adults; she facilitated patient’s continuity of care; and she provided psychiatric services.

Jim is a graduate of Loyola University - Maryland with a BA in Accounting and a Master’s in Business Administration. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. After 10 busy tax seasons in Public Accounting, Jim decided he wanted his winters back and took a position as a Controller/CFO for a large Mental Health provider in Baltimore County. Since then Jim has worked as a Chief Financial Officer for a private school and a child welfare agency. He has also served in the US Army Reserves where he retired as a Medical Logistics Officer for a Combat Support Hospital. He brings to Arundel Lodge more than 28 years of experience in the nonprofit world. Both Jim and his wife are lifelong residents of Anne Arundel County where they have raised their four talented children.
