Benefits, feel like you help people

Cons of working at ARUP Laboratories

Management picks favorites and till put fake complaints against you. If you report something that is directed towards the favorites. Working hard gets you more work and higher expectations. Can not be on standby with parents who are about to die. Otherwise they fire you and write “employees must be free of anything the impacts employee performance” managers do not like being told that they are breaking the fire code. If you use the tips hotline beware they will know it’s you and hold it against you.

Cons of working at ARUP Laboratories

Everything, the worst management and HR ever! Jackie Johns, the worst supervisor I have ever encounter in 30 years of my career. Tyler Tinling , the worst HR consultant ever! Was unwilling to listen to a middle aged woman about the unfair treatment, no room for growth, this was a hostile environment and also ageist. Horrible people! All of operations management downtown supervisors😭
