Pros of working at Arvest Bank

I absolutely adored my bank family! They are so amazing, warm and friendly!

Arvest Bank benefits

The perk is my retirement bonus that they dumped into my 401k every year. That was very good.

Cons of working at Arvest Bank

If you excel at what you do, management will not promote you. This can be regional and unfortunately has lead to departures of very talented professionals. The pay is substandard and you will work for every dime you make unless you’re an officer. They talk a good game about DEI but the pay and treatment does not reflect it.
