As the Product Marketing Manager - Competitive Intelligence you will be pivotal in shaping our understanding of the competitive landscape and crafting strategies to ensure Asana remains a leader in the market. This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. What you will do in this role:
Create & evolve a framework for how we think about the market and prioritize competitors
Monitor & analyze the competitive landscape, including product offerings, pricing strategies, and marketing activities amongst our competitors
Create and maintain competitive toolkits, battle cards, training content, and other sales enablement assets that highlight Asana's unique selling points and competitive advantages
Enable sales teams to effectively position Asana against competitors through live trainings
Provide ongoing, ad hoc support for sales, marketing, and product stakeholders via large deal/strategic account support, enablement & training, research & synthesis, and competitive teardowns.
Drive scaled comms regarding the competition and share compete news across the company
Work closely with Analyst Relations on strategy and content for tier 1 inquiries, briefings, RFIs and review site strategy
Partner with Legal to develop & deploy a company-wide Competitive Intelligence Policies and approaches
About you
8-12 years of experience in competitive intelligence, product marketing, or a related role within a B2B tech environment.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for various formats and audiences.
Insight into technology industry trends and the competitive landscape.
Proven project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives concurrently.
Experience building and maintaining relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders including marketing, sales and product teams
Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them for enhanced productivity and decision-making.
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Strategist to support strategic initiatives and business planning across our Integrated Customer Experience (ICX) team. ICX combines frontline Sales and Support for Adobe, serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, inquiries, or opportunities to expand their Adobe footprint. You will collaborate and work closely with partners across Sales & Support Delivery, Business Operations, Product Management, Customer Data Insights & Analytics, FP&A to drive forward critical initiatives. From developing the business strategies - such as financial ROI models, marketplace comparisons, and piloting concepts - to developing and implementing strategies to accelerate scaling the team, this role is at the forefront of operationalizing ground-breaking ideas to evolve the business.

What You'll Do
* Partner with leadership to deliver strategic projects that enable the business to implement its highest priority initiatives (e.g. technology evaluations, building our customer value creation story; scaling sales operations; etc.)
* Use data to conduct in-depth analyses across areas of the business (e.g. customer segments / regions / product lines) to develop deep understanding of key drivers, identifying improvement areas and opportunities
* Manage day-to-day operational needs which may include leading complex multi-functional projects on behalf of VP of ICX
* Act as the strategic thought partner to various members of the Leadership team, helping craft the strategy for various business initiatives
* Encourage teams to break organizational assumptions and challenge status quo

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $103,900 -- $209,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Senior Global Alliance Marketing Manager to lead the marketing relationship with key global alliance partners and develop and execute joint strategic partner marketing plans.
The role requires a strong mix of skills and abilities, including relationship and project management, alliance marketing, and cross-functional marketing experience.
What you'll do
* Lead development of the global joint marketing plans with assigned partners.
* Work with partners to drive pipeline creation and progression through the best mix of marketing channels (i.e., events, content development, thought leadership social, etc.).
* Identify top opportunities for business engagements (internal and customer-facing) with senior leadership supporting the alliance partnerships.

What you need to succeed
* 7+ years' experience in an enterprise marketing role within the tech industry and 4+ years in a partner marketing role.
* Bachelor's Degree in relevant field preferred.
* Experience working with sales, partnerships, and marketing organizations in customer-facing roles.
