    We're seeking a highly skilled and proactive Administrative Business Partner to join our growing team and help us fulfill our mission: enabling the world's teams to work together effortlessly. In this role, you'll provide strategic support to senior leaders within our R&D team, helping them achieve their goals while collaborating closely with a dedicated team of administrative professionals. This position is part of the R&D Administrative Operations team, which plays a critical role in driving operational excellence and delivering a best-in-class experience aligned with our culture and mission. At Asana, and especially on this team, we focus on reducing the "work about work" to ensure efficiency, clarity, and momentum across the organization. This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $129,000 - $147,000. In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
