As an RN for ATRMC's Obstetrics unit, you have the opportunity to be part of a team in an advanced birth center. The Family Birth Center at ATRMC has a total of 12 beds: 8 are LDRP and 4 are overflow for couplets, antepartum and post C-section couplets as needed. There is also a 3-bed triage area. Position Summary
Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center, located in Medford, is a 378-bed regional referral and level 2 trauma center featuring the latest medical technology and clinical expertise--all administered with a patient-focused philosophy. Our hospital team delivers nationally recognized heart and vascular care, orthopedic services, and cancer care, as well as a comprehensive range of other key services including neurology and neurosurgery, bariatric surgery, rehabilitation services, work health, diabetes care, hospice services, a primary stroke center, an accredited hospital-based sleep center, and the regions only neonatal intensive care unit.
Our state-of-the-art Emergency Department at Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center (ARRMC) sees an average of 130 patients a day. It is a level 2 trauma center. We have 39 rooms with 20 designated as high acuity, 5 moderate/low acuity, 4 Psych flex rooms and 5 Triage rooms. RN to patient ratios are: 1:1 - 1:4 depending on acuity.

Position Summary

The Inpatient Rehabilitation Center (IRC) is a multidisciplinary distinct-part facility located in the 2 West unit of the hospital. It serves referrals from outside and within Asante facilities. Comprised of 15 beds, the unit includes space for therapy (gym, kitchen, and so forth) and a dining room. The predominant diagnoses are stroke (37%), spinal cord (16%), LE amputation (7%) and multi-trauma (7%). It is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

RN Obstetrics Position Summary
As an RN for ATRMC's Obstetrics unit, you have the opportunity to be part of a team in an advanced birth center. ATRMC may boast about having the most sophisticated equipment and facilities and about our highly trained, experienced and professional staff - however what truly sets us apart is our caring attitude.
The Family Birth Center at ATRMC has a total of 12 beds: 8 are LDRP and 4 are overflow for couplets, antepartum and post C-section couplets as needed. There is also a 3-bed triage area. Nurse to patient ratios are 1:1 - 1:4 for couplets and 1:1 - 1:2 for labor patients based on acuities. C-sections are 1:1 until after four hours recovery. All assignments ratios are based on AWHONN guidelines.
